Ottima posizione, camere pulite e ampie con macchina caffè, bollitore e snack. Possibilità di parcheggio , cosa difficile in centro a Sanremo . Buono rapporto qualità prezzo. Proprietario gentile e disponibile. Consiglio sicuramente.

Saubere und gut augestattete Zimmer mit bequemen Betten, freundliches und sehr hilfbereites Personal (haben gute Insider-Tipps bekommen für Essen und Trinken und wurden sogar abgeholt das wir die Unterkunft nicht sofort fanden) gute, ruhige und zentrale Lage Hat alles super geklappt und ist empfehlenswert

Beppe is a fantastic host. He is kind and supports you with whatever you need. He even picked us up, because we din‘t find the appartement, however it actually is easy to find with the description he sent us before the trip :) Beppe organised even a parking for us. The appartment is clean and safe. We booked just two rooms for our stay. Pretty nice and comfortable beads. It is very quiet allthough you are in the centre. I recomande to stay there it is nice. Thank you Beppe! It was nice

Abbiamo soggiornato due notti nella camera con cucina e ci siamo trovati veramente bene, tutto perfetto come la gentilezza del proprietario "Beppe", la sua disponibilità, il suo saper fare per mettere a suo agio i suoi ospiti. Appartamento moderno e arredato con gusto. Non manca assolutamente niente. Posizione eccellente a pochi passi dal centro. Ci ritorneremo volentieri.

Ottima soluzione per dormire a Sanremo poiché è davvero centrale. Base ideale per spostarsi in Costa Azzurra.Ambiente molto pulito, stanza ampia e letti comodi.Dotato di tutti i servizi e comodità . Disponibile anche il parcheggio auto. Proprietario molto cortese e disponibile.Consigliato!

Sono stato con mia moglie per due notti,gestore simpatico e disponibile ,locale dl bello,pulito,comodissimo per il centro la possibilità di parcheggiare la macchina in questa zona è favolosa ci ha consigliato degli ottimi ristoranti....ci torneremo

Io, il mio compagno e una bimba abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti in questa guest house. Beppe é una persona gentilissima e molto disponibile. Abbiamo apprezzato che all'ultimo é riuscito a lasciarci la camera più grande con la cucina allo stesso prezzo perché avevamo una bimba piccola. La camera é arredata di buon gusto, pulita e non manca nulla. La struttura si trova a 2 passi dal centro e il parcheggio é disponibile a pagamento. Torneremo sicuramente!!
