Sehr sauberes Zimmer, modern eingerichtet. Toll ausgestattet mit mehreren Handtüchern, Snack und Wasser im Kühlschrank. Klimaanlage und Fernseher vorhanden. Parkplatz muss man auf öffentliche Möglichkeiten ausweichen, hier auf die Parkverbotszonen und die Märkte achten. Zimmer Color etwas laut, da nahe am Eingang und die Straße / Fußgängerzone hört man nachts deutlich, hier wären vielleicht ein paar Akustikpaneele für die Wand und ein anderes Schloss für den oberen Haupteingang eine Lösung. Check in Uhrzeit vereinbart, pünktliche Übergabe. Prozess ungewöhnlich aber überhaupt kein Problem, es hat alles so funktioniert wie erwartet. Das Frühstück im Cafe ein paar Meter weiter war einfach aber sehr lecker und unkompliziert. Die Dame war sehr freundlich, spricht fließend italienisch, englisch und deutsch. Wenn man selbst freundlich ist, bekommt man im Normalfall auch Freundlichkeit zurück. Die schlechten Bewertungen kann ich nicht nachvollziehen, das Hotel ist definitiv sehr empfehlenswert. Buchung haben wir über ein Portal mit Bezahlung online gemacht, somit gab es auch keine Probleme mit Barzahlung.

B&B in the center. The rooms are located between the Ariston theater and the ******. I was immediately struck by the particularity of the Urban themed room, modern, tastefully furnished, spacious and complete with every comfort: mini bar with water, kettle with tea, coffee pods and some snacks included in the price. There is no reception and therefore you must communicate your arrival time the day before. The lady was very nice and helpful.

Friendly staff and great location.

We stayed with my parents, my husband and I, a luxury hotel, the entrance leaves a lot to be desired but when you get to the reception and the hotel, your perspective changes, the rooms are super clean, comfortable and beautiful and the hotel is super central. Let's say that if I go to San Remo again I will definitely repeat it because the reception is friendly, affectionate and makes you feel at home.

There was a problem in the "sea" room with a loud noise inside, recorded and sent to the management since it is an unmanned guest house, they did not intervene to investigate and change the room. Having left the room without being able to sleep, I send another message complaining about the inconvenience and they dismiss me by saying yes we heard it in the recording but in the morning it "magically" disappeared. Furthermore, the "all Italian" breakfast is a coffee or cappuccino and a croissant or piece of focaccia at the bar downstairs in the street as they call it "famous", but it's still a bar in the street and it's always coffee and a croissant. Then the check in from 3pm to 7pm "by appoin**ent" works by inviting you to communicate your arrival time within 2 hours and then telling you that they can only in my case either at 3pm or 6.30pm.

Very nice room and the little extras for arrival, very well located in the city center.

Hotel very well located in the city center. Very pretty decoration. Just a problem regarding the breakfast included formula, it's just a coffee and a pastry, everything else has to be paid extra
