Amazing stay for San Sebastián. Older Victorian style villa converted for boutique hotel use. Excellent concept and room! Cleaning staff was thorough and all staff was amazing and helpful. Didn’t spend much time on the property but no need as the city itself is amazing.

This hotel is exceptional! From the time of check in to when we left, the staff was world class and on point. The rooms were very clean and cozy. The location was ideal for us, it was a beautiful walk into the city center. They do provide bicycles for their guests, which we will definitely use on next visit.

We loved everything about this hotel! From the moment we walked in John, one of the concierges, was kind and helpful and made us truly feel welcome! All of the staff was kind and helpful, the food was amazing at the in house restaurant and the location was delightful. Also the Argentinian guy at the bar whose name I didn’t catch was fantastic - super friendly and funny and very patient with me as I got back into the rhythm of speaking Spanish. The hotel is situated just outside the main downtown area on a big well lit main road so you got the best of accessibility and quiet. It took about 15-20 min walking to get to the ocean and the amazing cafe John recommended up (Simona) and the amazing views of the water, and maybe another 5-10 minutes to get to the old town - where most of the tourist attractions, restaurants and shopping were. Our 2nd floor room was gorgeous, our windows looked out over the quiet little courtyard between buildings in the hotel and included both a dining table and a small desk making it super convenient for my wife and I to both be able to check in on work without compromising comfort or luxury. This is our new favorite hotel in the world, we are already planning a trip back for Q2 2025!

This is one of our favorite hotels around Europe. It’s sophisticated, comfortable, elegant…full of charm. Conveniently located in beautiful San Sebastián… The team is flawless and goes beyond all efforts to make guests happy. We can’t wait to go back!!!!

This is a high end boutique hotel which is priced as such. Although situated on one of the main roads into San Sebastian it is very quiet. You can walk into the town but it would take around 25 minutes for the beach and 40 mins for the old town. The rooms are superb, extremely stylish and a pleasure to stay in. The only criticism we had was that the air conditioning was totally ineffective. The bathroom was fantastic with Diptique toiletries, I am told by my wife that these are both expensive and excellent!!! The shower was terrific. The gym is well equipped although small. The Hotel is decorated with art work which enhances the existing high standard of fittings and finish creating a lovely relaxing atmosphere. Slightly spoilt, in my view, by the jarring background jazz music. The staff were fantastic, not only were they very friendly and helpful, they really gave the impression that they truly cared that you enjoyed your time in the hotel and the city. This made the hotel for us. Although the choice at breakfast was limited it was perfectly adequate for us. Whilst the dinner menu was limited the food was very good. The only reason we have not rated it excellent is it's situation is a little too far from the old town. Other than that this is an excellent hotel and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
