He estado alojada con mi familia durante cuatro días. La residencia es tal y como aparece en las fotos, es muy funcional y tiene todo lo necesario para la estancia. Esta situada a unos 20 minutos paseando de la playa de Ondarreta pero también tiene muchas líneas de autobuses justo al lado de la residencia. Lo mejor sin duda el personal, muy simpáticos, atentos, resolutivos. Para repetir y recomendar sin duda!

Aunque está un poco alejado del centro de la ciudad, está muy bien comunicado por autobús. Nos quedemos en habitaciones de 2 camas y que compartían una pequeña cocina con nevera, microondas... El check-in se hace a partir de las 15 horas y el check-out a las 11 horas.

Lugar perfecto para alojarse. Cerca de la Universidad, con todos los servicios y facilidades. El personal de 10, siempre amable y dispuesto a ayudarte. RESA, 100% recomendable, tranquiliza saber que estas en buenas manos. Muchas gracias por estos 4 años.

Alojamiento excesivamente caro donde tuvimos una fuga de agua de la habitación colindante y me mojó toda la ropa, la llave no abría bien la puerta, la ducha no funcionaba bien y estaba alejado del centro... pese a todo el precio fue desorbitadamente alto.
Como nota positiva. el personal trabajando, muy agradable.
NO RECOMENDABLE!

Mon séjour dans cet hôtel s'est bien passé mais faites attention au parking, les places sont étroites et les gens ne savent pas se garer... (garés en biais en dépassant sur les places à côté).
Si vous avez une voiture électrique ne reposez pas tous vos espoirs sur les trois bornes du parking car les places sont souvent occupées par des voitures thermiques, ou alors les places sont libres mais inutilisables car la voiture à côté est à moitié garé dessus...
Également heure du check-out à 11h mais les femmes de ménages qui entrent en toquant (oui oui en même temps) à partir de 10h n'est pas très agréable.
Sinon la propreté est ok, sans plus, le personnel est agréable, l'hôtel est bien situé.

This place is a student dorm being rented in summer time when universities are closed. Very basic and dirty rooms without any services, parking is free but you will end up park on the street and pay by meter which is absolute headache. I do not recommend this place!!
