Difficile de trouver des points négatifs à cet hôtel tant notre séjour y a été parfait ! Petit établissement au Cadre idyllique au milieu des oliviers, face à l’Adriatique, au calme de toute circulation. Un personnel d’une grande gentillesse et serviabilité, prêts à tout pour vous accompagner. Restauration parfaite : enfin une petite carte de produits frais et locaux, cuisinés avec précision. Les chambres sont spacieuses et très propres, avec terrasses face à la mer. Situation idéale entre Bari et Brindisi, au centre de tout pour visiter très facilement les pouilles. Nous reviendrons c’est certain !

Hôtel balnéaire de charme sur un site sécurisé choisi en fin de séjour avec un accueil attentionné et personnalisé. Équipements et infrastructures confortables de la chambre à la piscine en passant par le restaurant que nous avons testé à l’occasion d’un dîner exquis pour un prix abordable.

Resort carino ma gestito malissimo, ristorante di pessimo livello e non all'altezza di quanto pubblicizzato. Sconsigliato assolutamente, ci sono posti molto migliori meno cari e a livello più alto. Il gestore fa molto fenomeno ma non ha idea di come gestire una struttura di questa tipo: tutto molto improvvisato.

Struttura molto elegante, veduta bellissima sul mare. Nonostante le giornate molto calde sempre una leggera e piacevole ventilazione. Molto bella la piscina. Ottimo il ristorante qualità delle materie prime elevata, bella la presentazione dei piatti. Personale gentile, professionale e disponibile. Elisabetta la barman sempre cordiale ottimo il caffè leccese e i cocktail. Luogo dove tornare sicuramente.

Our stay was simply lovely. The rooms were an oasis of comfort, with breathtaking views. The wellness center gave us moments of pure relaxation, while the resort's gastronomy delighted us with authentic flavors. The attentive staff made our stay unforgettable, anticipating our every wish with genuine kindness. The evenings were well organized creating a magical atmosphere under the starry sky. Thanks to Antonella and all the staff for making our weekend a dream come true. We can't wait to return!

Excellent structure, good service and good quality of the dishes served. The plating is excellent and the Quality/Price ratio is right. The structure well expresses what I do best in our areas and is visible... therefore sea and olive trees (Puglia).

A week's stay in mid-September. Location: the view is fantastic. Staff: kind and helpful, young with some inexperience but willing. Structure: this is the sore point. The structure is not comparable to a 4 star, perhaps to a 3 star; the rooms (in our case Jiuonr suite) are not intelligently designed, the bathroom is small and dated, the shower small, a double sink is missing. Cleanliness is poor (we found the bathroom dirty upon first entering) and the taps are now ruined by limescale as is the shower head which releases a trickle of water. Restaurant: tried on the first evening, it is absolutely not worth it, also because better alternatives can be found nearby. The breakfast is good but lacks the possibility of some espresso dishes (the scrambled eggs are boiled in the steel container). Swimming pool: for a few days the water was green, then "magically" it turned blue again; pay attention to water sanitization, you could have big problems. The sunbeds need to be improved to avoid back pain for customers. Wellness area: not received, we have always seen it closed (could it be the period?) Parking: The car park has no reserved spaces for guests; if there are external dinners the car park is full so arm yourself with patience. Dogs: the dog cannot enter the breakfast and dining room of the restaurant (always hope for good weather) and no facility is available for the dog (for example some snacks or a bowl for water), it is considered Pet Friendly for the mere fact that I let you use the room and pay a certain amount per day for the dog is not much.

The resort is immersed in the countryside, convenient to the sea and the beautiful center of Carovigno, but it has the duty to improve itself to be a 4-star structure. The pools are very beautiful although the sunbeds absolutely need to be changed, they are almost all broken and very uncomfortable. The wellness area opens at 4pm and closes at 7pm, the hydromassage pool in the shade is ok, but the sauna/Turkish bath and solarium pool may be accessible. The rooms are spacious and spotless. As soon as we arrived we asked for the shower head to be replaced as it was one of the water saving ones (made of plastic) and sprayed water more than allowing a shower. We also reported that one of the two external armchairs was broken/shattered but it was never replaced. A mosquito net had a hole in it. There is no price list for the minibar inside the rooms. Let's remember that it is a 4 star. The structure organizes evenings/days also open to external guests, but to do this parking spaces should at least be reserved for resort customers. Very good buffet breakfast, sweet, savory and large variety of fresh fruit. An immense note of appreciation goes to Roberta, very attentive to the customer, professional, kind and always smiling.
