Excellent séjour de 3 nuits à la Masseria Santo Scalone. L’endroit est idyllique. Très calme et proche d’Ostuni si vous souhaitez sortir dîner. Belle et grand chambre. Belle piscine. Il ne manque qu’un spa mais c’est pour bientôt. Idéal pour visiter les Pouilles. Très bon restaurant sur place, personnel accueillant.

The grounds are amazing. Being one of the oldest masseria in the area, they've done an incredible job maintaining the history while creating beautiful contemporary amenities. The flowers, cacti, olive trees, and landscaping in general are incredible. We also spent a lot of time by the pool, which is incredibly relaxing. The staff is amiable, passionate about their work, and very accommodating. Whatever your needs and wants are, communicate them and they will work to meet your expectations. The food is fantastic as well. The continental breakfast is far beyond what I expected. They have great wine and pasta-making classes as well. The only issue is if you want to get into Ostuni regularly, cars/drivers are more expensive than what we find in the US with Uber/Lyft. Just something to take into account when planning your time there and has nothing to do with Masseria Santo Scalone. Would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to luxuriate and relax in Apulia.

Bellissima struttura immersa nel verde, tutto nuovo e curato nei dettagli. Peccato per lo staff non professionale ed anche abbastanza scortese: abbiamo pagato 40 euro per il late check out e ci hanno concesso di rimanere fino alle 16 ma tre ore prima ci hanno detto che dovevamo lasciare la stanza alle 14. Eravamo in viaggio con una neonata di un mese e mezzo e la cosa ha creato un po’ di panico e problemi. Alla fine, dopo varie discussioni, siamo riusciti a rimanere fino alle 15. La persona che ci ha fatto queste comunicazioni è stata davvero scortese e ha continuato ad averlo anche al momento del pagamento. Mi dispiace ma i clienti non si trattano così! Ristorante pessimo e carissimo, i piatti non erano buoni ed avevano un costo eccessivo. Non accettano amex come metodo di pagamento e non c’è una cassaforte nella stanza. L’addetta alla reception si è giustificata dicendo che hanno ordinato la cassaforte ma non è ancora arrivata in quanto sono aperti da poco: tre anni! Peccato perché la struttura è davvero molto bella ma la gestione lascia alquanto a desiderare!

The service and room quality and amenities were top notch.
The staff are all very pleasant and helpful.
Breakfast is very good and the dinner menu is varied enough and good quality.
The pool area is well staged and very restful.
I would recommend dimming the lights in the dining room evenings for the dinner service. The sitting area/salon lighting was much appreciated.

Magnifique Masseria au cœur de la campagne pougliese. À 10 min en voiture d ostuni Un véritable havre de paix !!!! Une décoration magnifique Tout est fait avec goût !!!! Très belle chambre avec plafond en voûte et en pierre, wauh !!!! Un accueil tres chaleureux Merci aux jeunes femmes pour leur conseils et leur sympathie Une adresse à tester absolument !!!!!!!!!!!

Masseria Santo Scalone is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the charm of Puglia. The location, 10mins drive from Ostuni, makes you feel far enough to relax and enjoy the countryside atmosphere, but close enough to enjoy the centro storico life of Ostuni. The rooms are perfectly sized and beautiful. Food is amazing. And most important, the team of the hotel is so kind, available, smiling and on call at any time! we had an amazing experience thanks to Silvana, Ciro and all their teams. I warmly recommend the place and will definitely come back soon!
