Everywhere I looked there were roaches and I pay my hard earned money to stay somewhere and this was unacceptable, the towels were dirty, the sheets were inside out and dirty as well as the pillowcases, I am highly disappointed

The first thing I noticed was the floor was dirty. I had no bath mat and the mattress was hard.

Even though the room was suppose to be smoke free, it Han a scent of someone smoking in the room before. The Matress are very hard and uncomfortable .
