The place was safe, clean accesoble to shppoing malls

The property is clean inside and in good condition, the outside is not clean enough. Great place to stay but the receptionists are not very hospitable.

We had to go to Johannesburg for a night since my wife had an appoin**ent with a specialist there. It was a last minute booking. The hotel was easy to find. They scan your drivers licence before you enter the secure parking area (that is a good thing). The receptionist was very kind and helpful. What a difference it makes when the receptionist makes you feel welcome. The room was very clean and well equipped with every kind of appliance you would ever need. Despite the fact that the hotel is located right next to a busy road, the room was exceptionally quiet ( you could only hear the gentle hum of the air conditioner fan). On the negative side…the shower is uncomfortably small. The toilet seat was beyond repairs. This could have been replaced easily before we arrived. The cheap kettle did also not switch off when the water boiled. The two lounge chairs are showing signs of heavy wear. We brought the toilet seat and kettle to the receptionist attention when we checked out, and she apologised and immediately brought it to the attention of Maintenance…excellent. Would we go stay there again…certainly.

Loadshedding is an inconveniencing issue as there's no backup.

This property is awesome for business travel and short stays. I loved the fully equipped kitchen, the washing machine and dryer. However our check-in was a horrible experience. First the receptionist did not have our booking despite booking and paying in full. Then she insisted that we had to deposit R200 according to a non existent policy which had not The management should invest in staff training in the areas of communication, basic etiquette and people skills which are so glaringly absent from the staff employed at this property.

The stay was pleasant. Found the key at the gate and proceeded to the room. Did all the admin in the morning. Big ups to your reputation as hotets.com with the facility..

Times Square Sandton is clean with a great location in Sandton for accessing the business district or the motorway. The area is nice and peaceful and staff make extra effort to make the stay nice and comfortable. The rooms are well equipped with tools to make your stay easy. Helps also that Graystone Shopping Centre is 5 mins away.
