My stay was very amazing, thanks road lodge Rivonia stream, and I was assisted by a lady called innocent. Very friendly. Check in process was easy, she was very helpful and welcoming. My room was freshly prepared and clean, I definitely recommend the hotel if u want to travel.

Affordable good accommodation. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and wellness centers. They serve meals and also have a vending machine if you need snacks. I didn't like the old aircon in the room, infact it could not switch on.

Reception great on arrival. Stay good. Aircon just bit in need of help. Noisy neighbours slamming doors in early morning hours. Booked online, so was refused an invoice on departure. I have to obtain invoice by contacting Xpedia, this very inconvenient and a waste of office hours. I paid, I should be sent an invoice.

I stayed for one night and found the hotel well located. The booking and check-in process was seamless, and the staff were very friendly. A point to note is that the hotel does not have an elevator, so if you allocated a room on the second floor, you would need to lift your luggage up the stair case. Due to its location and convenience, this hotel is still preferred and part of a reputable brand of hotels. The breakfast area is tiny and options limited but sufficient for a grab and go before a day of meetings.

We started our Sunway Safari tour from this destination...so not by choice. This hotel was more like a dormitory and there was people coming and going all night slamming doors...We ordered a room service pizza that was just a frozen pizza heated up...wouldn't stay here by choice

The kitchen lady on the 5th July at night busy preparing catering food, she didn't want to prepare any other meal like Shisa Nyama and burger she was rude. Gaborone the receptionist was very helpful he made sure that no matter what I get what I need it was like he was begging the chef to serve me

It is a "Home away from Home" . I was greeted with friendly smiles and politeness all the way from the entrance by the Security including Reception, Kitchen & cleaning staff. No hesitation for a return stay if i am in that area. I have used other Road Lodges in other areas and found it to also be a "10 out of 10".
