Excellent team that handled all our concerns timeously with precision and professionalism. Perfect neighborhood that is good for both business and pleasure. The rooms are wonderful and clean. I wouldn't mind staying there again. More variety is needed on meals.

I was at Sandton Lodge for a conference that I organised. The staff were extremely helpful and flexible in the lead up to the event, and very approachable and professional throughout. This was the second time to host an event at the venue. It is very safe and private; an excellent space for meetings/workshops; has a lovely garden and pool (not used as it was winter); and a family feel to the well coordinated and friendly staff. My only constructive comment is that on the first time visiting the Lodge my taxi driver was directed the wrong way as the hotel is on the corner of a private road; sharing detailed instructions with guests may be helpful to avoid this situation. Overall, I would recommend for anyone seeking a quiet space in this suburb.

I was impressed with the check in and the room was good. Outside of reception they put up a sign that they never start their generator after 22:00 because of load shedding. I was given suite 3, what I didn't know at the time, it was situated right next to the giant generator. Everything was good until, to my shock and horror, they started the monster generator next to my room, at 02:00! The noise was so immense, I shouted at the top of my voice out of frustration, sure that nobody would hear me above the noise. I lay awake for two hours, not being able to think, let alone sleep. Dinner: for a buffet it was very disappointing. It looked like dinner at a back packers.

Positive: We had good experience beautiful furniture to take photos on,lovely staff, Good hideout location,breakfast was tops Negative: Room was not not properly cleaned, upon arrival We find price tags on the floor and KFC slips, Room not properly dusted,blood stains in the toilet

We stayed 3 nights in this hotel from 11/29/2022 to 12/2/2022. The rooms we had for the group (8 people and 5 rooms) overlooked the ultra-noisy electric generator. The catering is deplorable, and the service extraordinarily slow (40 minutes to get a beer) even though the hotel was far from full. For our return flight scheduled for the end of the day we were unable to get a place to store our luggage and be able to change before taking the plane. Deplorable for a hotel of this price.

The stay was ok. The food was also good. Some noise from a couple in the next room kept me awake the first night. Overall a pleasant stay. This is basically the end of my review I just need more characters.
