酒店位置近市中心，附近有餐廳及超市。當入夜後街外很少人，餐廳亦比較冷清。房間設施比較舊，酒店別有任何餐飲設施。另外，房間有些霉菌味。此價錢可算是合適。

我和女兒去霍巴特辦事，訂了這個酒店，十分滿意。周邊飯館和超市特別方便。我們坐早班飛機，到酒店時間較早，酒店安排我們提前入住。讓我們休息的特別好。下次去霍巴特還住在這裏。

廚俱設備齊全及清潔，沒有油膩感
浴室用品充足，有暖燈，水温沒有時冷時熱
距離Salamanca market 路程約20分鐘，可早上先check out，把車泊在酒店，然後行往市場而不需在市場附近找位泊車
酒店為地下和一樓兩層，因沒有電梯設備，住一樓需自行搬運行李上樓梯
