The hotel compensated us with a dinner, and Ctrip gave us points as compensation, so the matter was resolved satisfactorily. The hotel has its own parking lot, suitable for car rentals. The hotel is about a ten-minute walk from Salamanca Square. The room facilities are basic, and the road in front is busy with cars and motorcycles."
