Nice room; loved the beautiful tile floor. No carpet. I have allergies so that was wonderful. The only thing I would improve was the full sized bed. Too small for two people. And no breakfast included. But the facility was well taken care of.👍👍 I would definitely stay here again. Plus you get a beautiful view of the lake!!

My flight was canceled due to weather in FL and when I contacted the hotel I lost my reservation and they were not accommodating to my new travel plans

My room was invested with roaches. Waking up the next morning they started running from the light. I killed two and took them to the desk and was offered no compensation.

Soon as we walked in the room there was roaches crawling everywhere on the walls in the bathroom in the tub and not only that when I went to warm up my food there was roaches in the microwave I went to the front desk and told the lady and she said it was nothing she could do and she didn’t have a room to switch me to but when I checked in she said the wasn’t nowhere near sold out
