"We stayed here in the past and it wasn't as nice as we remembered it inside the rooms. Maybe it's just regular wear and tear but it wasn't awful just could of been better. They have to take care of the pool better it was filled with dead bugs my kids kept telling me about it and I had to skim it. I presume that's why no one was down at their pool deck much. No umbrella for shade at the tables they used to have them before. The room we stayed had a broken outlet cover and a spotty TV reception likely due to how they placed their dinnette chairs by the coax and outlets. Minor cosmetic issues but just not up to par for over 110 a night in my opinion. It was average."

"The duvet is uncomfortable. When you cover yourself with it, it separates into three layers: the outer layer, the middle layer, and the inner layer. The outer layer is rough, the middle layer feels like an IKEA duvet, and the inner layer is soft like hotel bedding. Also, you have to request daily cleaning; if you don't, they will hang a room tag that you didn't hang and won't clean the room. However, the staff were friendly, and I was able to have coffee and tea in the lobby every day."
