Die Lage ist natürlich super. Die Bergbahn befindet sich direkt neben dem Hotel. Das Essen war sehr gut und das Personal sehr freundlich und bemüht Leider war nicht alles so top: unser Zimmer entsprach überhaupt nicht den Fotos :( es war sehr finster, und dann war die ganze Einrichtung auch sehr finster gehalten, fühlten uns überhaupt nicht wohl und waren richtig enttäuscht da wir doch 400 euro pro nacht bezahlt haben. War glaube ich eines der älteren Zimmer. Das Wasser könnte ein paar Grad wärmer sein. Für dieses Wetter einfach zu kalt Die Buchhung der Massage hat leider auch nicht geklappt. Ist keiner gekommen Fazit: würde es für den Preis nicht mehr buchen Aber es waren schon Freunde hier, bei denen alles super geklappt hat, vom zimmer bis zu den gebuchten Auszeiten :)

Wir können das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen. Wir waren zusammen mit Freunden im Alpina und es hat wirklich vom Service bis zum Essen über die Zimmer und die Ausstattung alles gepasst! Unsere Kinder waren super gerne in der Kinderbetreuung so das wir Erwachsenen auch mal Zeit für uns hatten. Freuen uns auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt.

We visited the hotel for 4 days with our extended family (8 adults and 5 kids) with half board. The hotel felt fresh and very convenient which is great when travelling with kids. The pool area was suitable for both kids and adults, with good pool areas for the kids to play in. The kids playroom was big and clean with was a great plus. While dinner was not a culinary masterpiece it was ok but as the restaurant was service mindef, convenient for kids and had good wine it was a good overall experience. Breakfast was good. The hotel is very good located next to the gondola up to the mountain where there are good playgrounds for the kids. The view from the rooms were good and the rooms felt fairly modern and fresh.

Super Aufenthalt - das Essen war frisch und sehr gut. Obwohl das Hotel sehr gut gebucht war konnte man im Spa noch immer gut entspannen. Der Garten und Pool sind traumhaft - Poolservice war super! Wir haben an einigen geführten E-Bike Touren und beim Yoga teilgenommen - war richtig gut!

Enfim, experiência impecável. Obs.: fomos na primavera o que é baixa estação para região, o que fez com que houvesse menos hóspedes no hotel e pudéssemos aproveitar

The hotel was wonderful, much beautiful than expected! It was very clean and had a nice cozy athmosphere. The design was elegant, modern and decent. It showed they really care for details and service. From the begining, at the reception we had such warm welcome. Everybody working there are so friendly. More than an hotel it was like a resort for me, like a family resort. We used the amazing pool on the roof to relax with the mountains in front of us, it was a dream! We also played tennis insde the hotel which was so much fun! There were other games as well on the bistro and upstairs for the kids. There was so much to do, you will never get bored! Even staying in the room was a delight, because we had the Double Room with balcony and the view was amazing! Abou the price it was worht it, it is not cheap but I think for the service you get the prices are fair and affordable. We went for ski vacations in April with my teenage son, and I loved that the cable car to the top of the ski mountain was next to the hotel and the rental shops where also there. The hotel has a room to save all the ski equipment, that was very helpful. They also offer activities but we had not much time for them, as we where the whole day on the ski mountain.
The food was great, so we had no need to eat anywhere else. I learned that the hotel belongs to a family and I think that is why eventhough it is big it still feels like a cozy friendly place to stay. Loved it!

Personnel adorable à la réception. Superbe SPA et vue splendide depuis les chambres ( superbes et aménagées avec soin et goût, tout en bois) et depuis l’infinity pool. Belles randos à faire depuis l’hôtel. Le petit déjeuner est somptueux, avec une centrifugeuse pour les jus de fruits et des gaufres fraîches. Un petit bémol pour le tennis qui était fermé quand on est venu et on ne m’avait pas prévenu lors de la réservation. C’est ballot, j’avais choisi aussi l’établissement pour ça. J’avais amené les raquettes. Le plateau de fromage était ridicule matin et soir sous cette énorme cloche et les plats du dîner auraient mérité un peu plus de créativité et de soin pour un 4 étoiles supérieur. Mais sur l’ensemble, c’est une super adresse. Et apparement la pizza d’à côté est très bien.

We stayed at the hotel for one week on a half-board basis. The service is really fantastic. The food has a wide variety of good quality options. The rooms are spacious and clean. The heated outdoor pool was also a delight. The staff does everything to ensure you have a good time. Highly recommended!

The hotel is centrally located, with all the amenities that a four-star hotel can offer and more. The location is ideal for reaching the numerous activities on offer. As soon as you park in front of the hotel, you get the impression that you have booked the right place for your vacation. All of the activities on offer are easily accessible from the hotel. The rooms were very clean, and the cleaning was very sustainable. Everything you need was there. Very friendly staff who try to recognize your problem before you even express it. Competent in all matters and very helpful in solving the respective problem. Excellent, varied cuisine with something for everyone, with consideration for possible intolerances. Relaxed atmosphere in the restaurant area, very attentive staff. Comprehensive wine selection for every wallet. Even in bad weather, the hotel offers options such as a sauna, wellness, fitness and a pool complex with indoor and outdoor pools, so that you don't have to leave if you don't want to. The leisure offer is also supplemented with additional entertainment. For us it was a very nice, relaxing short break, with a repeat factor.
