My partner and I got married locally and wanted to host welcome drinks the night before the wedding. We were able to have a private event on the terrace with food and drinks with our guests. All staff were excellent and the food was wonderful, we had an amazing evening celebrating with friends. Giovanni helped us to organise the event with ease and ensured the evening ran smoothly. I cannot thank Est hotel and staff for the fantastic evening they created for us as part of our celebrations, and would recommend them highly!

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel a luglio e non posso che essere pienamente soddisfatto del soggiorno per la qualità del servizio offerto. Il servizio è eccellente sotto tutti i punti di vista, per la disponibilità in primis da parte di tutti, disponibilità che va oltre al ruolo coperto. Una nota di merito va ad Anna in reception, ragazza squisita e preziosa per i consigli forniti, pronta a soddisfare ogni richiesta. Ringraziamo anche Chiara e Margherita delle colazioni, quest’ultime eccezionali per la freschezza dei prodotti e per varietà degli stessi. Nota di merito alla splendida terrazza, al bar e al ristorante (che ho recensito separatamente). Il mare di Santa Cesarea è splendido, peccato per il paese che non offre nulla. L’hotel però vale il viaggio!

Non ha soddisfatto in pieno le nostre aspettative,letti scomodi, stanze rumorose, spiazzo esterno privato piccolo e senza la minima privacy, invasione di zanzare , cucina sufficiente. Dalle foto su internet si vede pure una piscinetta che in realtà è una piccolissima vasca sporca

Hotel superlativo. Servizio e personale qualificato e simpaticissimo. Sono molto disponibili e reperibili in qualsiasi momento. Danno molte info sui luoghi da visitare. Camera stupenda, con vista mozzafiato, livello di igiene altissimo. Posizione ottima e accessibile a 3 min a piedi dalla spiaggia CONSIGLIATISSIMO😍😍😍

Il mio compagno ed io abbiamo cenato presso il ristorante dell'Est Hotel e non posso che consigliarlo: buon cibo (le nostre pietanze erano ottime, tutte a base di pesce), vista mozzafiato e servizio impeccabile. Complimenti al Signor Daniele per la cortesia e la professionalità. Ci torneremo.

L’emplacement de cet Hôtel est très agréable. Chambre spacieuse et confortable (très bonne literie) avec une vue mer(180°) magnifique. Diner sur le roof top super. Le petit déjeuner copieux et varié dans une belle salle lumineuse avec possibilité de se mettre en terrasse. Le personnel tant à l’accueil que dans les divers services est très sympathique souriant et prévenant. Nous reviendrons c’est sur et recommandons vivement cet établissement qui est un petit havre de paix.

Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura a maggio scorso, non potevo che dare 5 stelle per la struttura in sé molto curata in posizione strategica. Il servizio eccellente sotto tutti i punti di vista, gentilezza, disponibilità e simpatia da parte di tutto lo staff. La loro disponibilità e complicità, andando anche oltre i loro compiti, ha reso possibile la realizzazione di una piccola sorpresa. Abbiamo usufruito della ristorazione, anche qui eccellenti sia nel servizio che nella qualità dei cibi serviti. A conclusione del soggiorno anche il momento colazione è stato ricco e soddisfacente accompagnato anche qui da personale simpatico e sempre molto disponibile. Unica pecca… il nostro soggiorno è durato troppo poco! Sperando di poterci tornare presto colgo l’occasione per ringraziare tutto lo staff per la riuscita della sorpresa e di come é stato gestito tutto con professionalità e simpatia!

Heerlijk relaxed hotel, met mooie rustige kamer. Restaurant is uitstekend (diner gedaan) en prima aperitief op dakterras. Ontbijt is top, veel keuze en lekkere cappuccino. Service is attent en super vriendelijk. Omgeving is rustig in juni dus veel erop uit gegaan naar Otranto, stranden west en oost (vooral is westen en boven Otranto zand).
