Hotel Sirari by Regina

I always really liked this hotel, I visited it on different occasions and something that I could emphasize from all the visits is the kindness of its staff. Unfortunately, the inflexible policies of the place force me to rate it this way. I was only there for the day, having rented it for the night more. I acknowledged to the reception that I would not spend the night there, to which they told me that “they might not clean it at night” and that I could not receive visitors, however I was alone in the room since the afternoon. I received a visit at 10:30 p.m. and we left the place at 12:30 a.m., we were listening to music and chatting, we had them drink beer, they called me from the “supervisor” that they would charge me an extra 150 bs because it was not visiting hours . What is this? A hospital? A theme park? I told them that it seemed absurd to me, that I would cancel their modified amount several times, but that this was my last visit, since I would be leaving in an hour. They sent me the accounts as they wanted, in the time they wanted, because “they made a mistake” of not sending everything together... they kept calling me until the next day, interrupting my Sunday lunch hour, and well, $100 for a terrible experience. Not to mention that there was a double room package for 350 bs (Oh, my room was “double”, it had two beds), and they charged me 270 for a “single” and 140 for the “Visit”. I write this because it bothers me that they take advantage of the customer's kindness and flexibility. This had already happened to a friend who was her guest for several weeks... they told her one price and wanted to charge her another at the end. Shameful.
