The hotel is in an excellent location and the reception staff are extremely helpful. We felt very comfortable from the beginning. Breakfast is somewhat limited, but everything is of very good quality. It was an incredible experience.

Great location and comfortable beds, can't comment as we didn't use the breakfast or food available. There was a roof top party very late on Saturday night, super noisy until after 2am and could be heard in our room (on the top floor) sadly, otherwise this was a great hotel visit.

El NH Tenerife es, sin duda, mi hotel de referencia en Santa Cruz, tanto por su ubicación como por el trato que recibo cada vez que me quedo ahí. Destacaría el trato cercano de todo su personal o la limpieza de las habitaciones. Desayuno variado, con todo lo necesario, tanto en opciones dulces como saladas, destacando incluso su rincón de especialidades canarias. Volveré!

Nous avons passé 1 nuit à cet hôtel qui était au delà de nos espérances.
La chambre est très propre, sobre et bénéficie de tout le confort (voire plus) de ce que l’on peut attendre d’un hôtel étoilé.
Le personnel est très accueillant, bref l’hôtel parfait pour séjourner à Santa Cruz. Nous recommandons à 200%

La limpieza deja bastante qué desear. El desayuno muy flojo sin servicio de platos calientes.La relación calidad precio del mismo bajisima. Y el ascensor del parking para los coches una odisea sobre todo para salir. El baño no tiene enchufe alguno. Por qué? Lo único bueno la ubicación aunque en Santa Cruz la mayoría de hoteles están bien ubicados. Vamos que no repetiremos.

Bien el general , bien el servicio, la habitación cómoda al igual que la ducha todo correcto en total , a mejorar el precio bastante alto para un 3 estrellas , la comida no la probamos por lo tanto no puedo opinar pero su tenemos is oportunidad de ir en otro momento lo haremos
