Worst experience ever. We checked in late opened the door to a chemical smell that did not go away. Booked and pre payed for two nights. the first night there was loud banging all night in the room. Don’t ask me I don’t know what it was. It was coming from within the room. My mom and I tried to sleep willing it away but it didn’t go away until 4am. We got a few hrs of rest. In the morning at 8am we told the hotel that the room was loud we couldn’t sleep and we were so disappointed we would not stay another night could we just have our money back for the 2nd night. Met with RUDENESS and a snappy manager said we were lying and he said I have your money your not getting it back? ? he seemed to be a younger person. We never got the money back and we were bummed. Ended up staying at Buffalo Thunder. Highly recommend Buffalo Thunder.

As a Titanium Bonvoy elite member, this hotel’s GM doesn’t honor the guaranteed Titanium benefit of 4:00p late check out, citing a made up rule that it is always based on availability. The GM should refer to 4.b.3 of the Bonvoy terms and conditions to learn what the hotel should be offering. The breakfast offering was also very poor. The hot sandwiches were cold, over 50% of the items were out of stock. Stay elsewhere!

The room was clean, spacious and in a great location - only minutes from all the sites and a $6 Uber to historic downtown in the evenings. The staff was so friendly. The breakfast was delicious. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub and garden and mountain scenery. .

This is a very old Residence Inn likely dating back to about 1990 and built with a Pueblo look to it. Despite the age, the room was spacious and well laid out. Overall, upkeep has kept the property nice. The rooms have actual fireplaces. One must get wood to start a fire. Something you do not see anymore. Good staff seemed very friendly.

Love this place. It’s home away from home. Carmela is the greatest she tends to request and makes sure you have a great room. Front staff is awesome. Totally recommend it🙂

Overall, the hotel was nice. The room was clean and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was very good. The rooms haven’t been updated in a while, but the friendly staff who offered water at the desk more than made up for it. I would recommend the hotel for business or families.

If you are looking for a hotel that feels like home, this is the one. Full Kitchen and dining room table. Plenty of room for the whole family. My room even had two bathrooms. Free breakfast and Free parking.

My husband and I really like this Residence Inn. We have stayed there twice. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom and kitchen are well laid out. The entire staff is very friendly. The breakfast is one of the best Residence Inn ones we have had. The laundry room is very reasonably priced.

Allen in reception is the most attentive person. He really went above and beyond on my tough stay. Thanks to the entire team. I’ll be coming back that’s for sure! I travel allot and the staff here is top notch. I’ll go out of my way to come stay here that’s how much I enjoyed my stay
