"Breakfast was incredible! Loved the choices: eggs, sausage, salsas, pancakes, toast, 100% juices (not watered down), yogurt, etc. Breakfast room felt like a B&B: cozy, warm, fireplace going, clean. Really started our day right. Room was very clean and smelled fresh. Bed frame must have been too small for mattress because when you sat on end of bed, the mattress wanted to flip up at the top. TV remote was a bit wonky (had to point at mirror or corner of room to make it work). Parking lot lighting was OK, wish it had been a bit brighter. DID NOT LIKE the pet policy enforced AFTER you get there to check in. Policy states pet fee is $20 but they don’t tell you it’s $20 PER dog and that you CAN’T leave the premises if you have a pet in your room. We had plans to go downtown that evening but unfortunately weren’t able to go. Feel they should state their whole pet policy on website so there are no surprises when you get there."

"A nice hotel located just a block from Lensic & Georgia Okeefe musuem and just a five minute stroll to plaza. Room was spacious and bathroom appeared to be updated though wallpaper was pealing. Nice touch: most lights on dimmers! Refrigerator was missing temp control knob and in need if defrosting. Most of our items froze within 24 hours. Our workout in fitness center was interrupted by a mechanical mishap that filled the room with smoke!. Luggage racks only for use by bellhops so bring some currency to tip! No EV charger in garage."
