The hotel shuttle was excellent. Our hats off to our driver Rick! Would not have wanted to walk to the plaza area due to it seemed a little sketchy. So The shuttle took us everywhere and picked us up. The hotel itself had authentic native decor which was nice but it felt old and stale. Service from all the staff was excellent!

El hotel está genial. París es caro y por tanto el hotel también me lo parece. Hay autobuses al parque cada 8 minutos. Las habitaciones están súper limpias y las camas son muy cómodas. La gente es muy agradable y el desayuno está genial.

Our first visit to New Mexico, we picked the winner for our hotel. We were celebrating our 61st wedding anniversary, so special days need special places. Firstly, an upgrade is always a compliment from whatever source, the hotel exceeded our expectations. From the complimentary shuttle service, British Taxi or hotel bus was well used by us. Within a mile radius of the hotel, take you there, call them and they come to pick you up and return to the hotel. The shuttle drivers are a wealth of local knowledge with recommendations for many activities, especially the foodie places. Rick, Kaitu and Andrew gave us exceptional time and valuable information. No trip report from me will always seek out the bar staff, my word Misty and her partner Maythe are top drawer, call it and they will make it, with a smile and some friendly chat. From breakfast to evening meal the wait staff all are ready to just help the guests. Cannot praise this gem of a hotel enough, made our visit a true memory piece. To all the staff, KUDOS.

The Hacienda rooms are a great value Good breakfast and daily happy hour included along with a butler. The complimentary shuttle takes you to town whenever you want. Rooms were nice with big bathrooms and a fireplace and refrigerator No microwave however

What a great place to stay and relax. Beautiful hotel and rooms. Awesome staff. The food was great. A VERY Pet-Friendly hotel. Our new go to place to stay when in the area.
