Price is right for what you get here—pool, free breakfast, and decent rooms. But it is what you might expect for a BW situated between a pawn shop and a used car dealer. Service was not great—they may be short staffed so asked that we request when we wanted cleaning. We were here for 5 nights and asked the bathroom to be cleaned and get fresh towels after 3 nights but they never did. It’s an older hotel so needs some updates and remodeling (usb outlets, better fixtures and AC) but it’s fine and a great deal.

This hotel has been hands down the best customer service experience I’ve ever had. I booked through a third party website and there were some snags when I arrived, I think the woman’s name that helped me was Vanessa working the night shift, she was so helpful and friendly it’s so hard to find people like that at hotels especially in the evenings she’s an amazing person! I will definitely be staying here again the hotel is clean and nice the breakfast is also very good 10/10 amazing experience!

We only stayed one night, and were off early in the morning, so didn't try the breakfast. Our room was near the front of the hotel, and the traffic noise was bad, although it abated from midnight.
The room had a fridge and hairdryer, was clean and looked recently renovated. However, their designer must be 75 years out of date - the walls were dark and gloomy
the furniture heavy and outdated, and the artwork on the walls was the usual cowboy/indian/adobe scenes.
The staff were very efficient and friendly, but overall I think the room is overpriced for midweek in February.

Excellent location to downtown Santa Fe as well as the facility was clean and the staff were super. Great service. Plenty of parking as well.

The room was nice and clean. The bed had a bit of an indent that you sink into quite a bit when laying down. Everything else was in good shape and I felt safe. It was mostly quiet except for the upper neighbor- we heard lots of their running and jumping- I assume they had kids.
