This property has been frailly recently updated and the beds, kitchenette and bathroom in our unit were good.
What was a big disappointment was the attitude of the staff--starting with an incompetent and surly check-in by the hotel's bartender -- we had paid for a third person and bed but he tried to charge us again for that extra. Then the room maid didn't show up the first day of the stay and only half did the job the second.
It could be a really nice place to stay if they had any sense of customer service. I'd say take your business somewhere else where they care about their customers.

Kan vara störande med stoj från baren, men stänger man dörren i korridoren är det inga problem. Annars öronproppar ☺️
Jättefin park med både grotta och slott en kort promenad från hotellet.

Bom atendimento, ótimas instalações, quartos limpos e confortáveis porém com alto nível de ruído no período noturno que incomoda muito o repouso dos hóspedes.
A cozinha compartilhada não condiz com o nível do hotel, sempre suja, desarrumada e com alta concentração de pessoas fumando em suas dependências.

Nice, clean with friendly staff
Other than that, the only aspect that they should review is the lack of breakfast, that was “canceled during the pandemic that will remain indefinitely”
They should also review their AC, because having a “bip” sound every 10 seconds (yes, I counted the space between them!) ALL night it’s kind of annoying, to say the least!
Also had the unlucky to have a party (in the hostel?!) with LOUD music until 3am that you could hear in the room…

Fomos na altura da Feira Medieval, em Agosto. Ninguém na recepção, pedimos ajuda na cafetaria, e tivemos que esperar algum tempo para fazer o check in. O quarto estava limpo mas não estava pronto para receber uma familia de 4 pessoas, tivemos que esperar mais umas horas até que alguém que desbloqueou mais duas camas. O pior: a cafetaria do Hostel transforma-se discoteca até ás 4 da manhã, sem qualquer isolamento acústico. Questionei um responsável dos empregados, que parecia ser o dono, que nos disse que era só até ás 2 da manhã. No entanto, foi até ás 4 da manhã. Questionadas outras pessoas da zona no dia seguinte, todas me indicaram que é comum ser até ás 4 da manhã, pelo que o responsável/dono nos mentiu. Ninguém nos quartos consegue dormir enquanto a discoteca funciona, sem qualquer tipo de isolamento. A evitar!
