La ubicación del hotel es perfecta,en el corazón de Tlaxcala,atencion muy buena del personal. Sin embargo la relación con el costo es mala para lo que se ofrece en línea,no lo recomendo y es primera y ultima vez,no hay aire acondicionado,no hay tabla para planchar y menos plancha. La habitación huele a drenaje y la limpieza en la habitación no es buena. La silla que ponen en la habitación,muy sucia no se de que. La taza de baño la pintaron para que no se vea sucia y vieja. La regadera muy sucia y vieja. Me asignaron la habitación 106 y presenta gran falta de mantenimiento. Cuando se viaja por trabajo,lo que más quieres es llegar a descansar cómodo,limpio y seguro. Es importante evitar estos problemas,lastima la ubicación y el servicio.

s un buen hotel de cuatro estrellas. Las habitaciones están bien (a secas), pero el servicio es excelente, todo el personal está siempre atento a las necesidades de los huéspedes y dispuesto a apoyarles. Se incluye un buen desayuno bufet en el precio. Excelente ubicación, en el zócalo frente al Palacio de Gobierno. Muy buena relación precio /calidad. Volveríamos en caso de regresar a Tlaxcala.

Los baños sin mantenimiento llenos de sarro, las paredes del baño manchadas de suciedades del lado del lavabo. Es un hotel muy bonito en construcción. Muy agradable en ubicación, su comida es buena. Tuvimos la experiencia de música en vivo en el comedor hasta las 10.50 de la noche. Para el precio que tienen deberían dar más mantenimiento. Puede ser que como es muy grande no pueden abarcar tanto. La alberca es de adorno muyyyy fría.

El agua de la alberca estaba helada no han instado los paneles solares y quitaron la calefacción el baño tenía humedad y no tenía extractor la alfombra sucia

El hotel bien, aunque pueden mejorar en algunos aspectos de servicio.
Tuvimos que insistir para que nos llevarán una toalla extra, éramos 3 personas y sólo había 2.
Tuvimos que ir a pedir el papel de baño.
Hay varias baldosas rotas que aparte de riesgo se ve descuidado, deben cambiarlos.
