Booking ofrece cosas que el hotel no cumple , hacer check in a las 9 AM y se fue a las 3 pm después que el check out era a las 4 y tampoco el recepcionista ni atención presto a lo que se le preguntaba. El aire casi ni servía, el desayuno muy pobre . Definitivamente debe mejorar, pienso y ser más empáticos con los clientes

El hotel es agradable y está bien ubicado, sin embargo, su atención es bastante regular, no cumplen horarios para entrega de habitaciones, tampoco cumplen con atención en bar, no dan respuesta a las solicitudes que se hacen. Realmente NO volvería y NO recomiendo este lugar por el servicio del personal de apoyo.

Las instalaciones del hotel son muy modernas y bastante aseadas, sin embargo, el personal que atiende en la recepción muestra poca empatía con el cliente. Pienso, que el hotel debe formarlos en habilidades sociales. El desayuno que sirvieron fue regular.

Un hotel pequeño pero muy agradable, enclavado en el centro histórico de Santa Marta, a un par de cuadras del Parque de los Novios y toda la oferta gastronómica de la zona. Aunque las habitaciones son muy pequeñas, están limpias y con una decoración muy bonita. El hotel cuenta con una terraza muy acogedora, la carta de alimentos y su calidad de preparación es excelente, y lo mejor de todo, el servicio de su personal, que es excepcional.

Un hotel muy lindo. Excelente ubicación. Las habitaciones y baños limpios. En cuanto al desayuno, no te dan opciones para elegir, es un desayuno estándar. El personal no fue muy amable ni colaborativo.

Localização excelente. Atendimento mediano. Internet fenomenal. Café da manhã mega simples e não estava gostoso. Cama e travesseiros excelentes. Chuveiro? Nossa, indescrtitível o quanto é ruim! No final das contas não me agradou. Jamais consideraria como um "hotel boutique".

Poor hotel. Asphyxiated room, with only two small windows on the same wall at the back of the room. The staff was surprised by our complaints about the absence of a safe (we explicitly booked the room with a safe). Finally they "satisfied" us and provided one by placing it on the shelf. Had to ask for towels three times, requests ignored until finally went to reception to pick it up direct. The water from the shower was only cold. The pool is nothing more than a murky puddle. The breakfast is not to the taste of the customer, but a meager plate with few things. Great location and good wifi.
