Beaucoup de rénovations a faire, personnel pas sympa sauf au restaurant pour certains. Se vente d'avoir 3 piscines, celles den bas n'ont plus de soleil a partir de 14h on se dirige sur celle du toit et la on nous dit qu'elle est fermée aujourd'hui pourquoi, on ne sait pas et elle n'ouvre qu'à 14h en plus. La femme de l'accueil nous indique que si on veut du soleil on a qu'à aller a la plage ou la piscine d'un autre hotel la blague... la chambre est + que standard aucun confort rideau de douche matelas pas confortable. Petit dejeuner + que moyen pas trop de choix et n'ont pas voulu que je reprenne des pancakes. Le restaurant etait cependant plutot bon au niveau des plats et les piscines sont sympas malgré leur horaire

Wir haben dieses Hotel ausgewählt, da unser eigentlich reserviertes Hotel ausgebucht war. Im Allgemeinen ist dieses Hotel nicht schlecht. Dieses Hotel befindet sich nicht direkt in Santa Marta. Wir haben uns dort einfach nicht wohlgefühlt. Mehr kann ich nicht sagen.

Hotel muy Bien ubicado, a solo pocos decenas metros de la playa. La playa esta limpia y es decente, muy pocos vendedores callejeros, al igual que las instalaciones internas (3 piscinas), y las habitaciones.

La arquitectura y ubicación son excelentes. El personal fue muy eficiente, amable y dispuesto a ayudar. Por ejemplo, lograron darnos la habitación antes de las 3pm y nos permitieron hacer la salida una hora después de la hora establecida en la política. El problema estuvo en el descuido de las instalaciones, sí hay limpieza, lo que falta es mantenimiento de calidad. Por ejemplo, el enchapado del año tenía lagunas lozas mal reparadas y la cisterna no funcionaba. Abrí la cisterna y noté que había sido “reparada” con un clip que se soltó y causó nuevamente el mal funcionamiento.

We paid 720k pesos for 2 nights, we were reimbursed half because just after entering the room we ran out, the photos both on booking and on Google are a farce and edited, the facilities are neglected, the old paint without maintenance, the tv screen in the small room, the pool in the lobby with a cream of dirt, Deceptive photos and the best thing perhaps is that being close to the beach for those who stay can spend it outside since in the hotel they get into depression.

Esta misma fue la queja que deje en el hotel, desde que uno entra empieza a d**** cuenta de la realidad de este hotel, instalaciones alejadas de la realidad de las fotos de Booking, instalaciones viejas, techos llenos de grasa y mugre, piscina con mugre y nata de grasa, muebles viejos, avisos de seguridad del ascensor en mal estado igual que el mismo ascensor, habitaciones viejas con humedad, es un hotel dejado y viejo en su totalidad. Y con todo y engaño pagamos la multa por querer irnos de tan PAUPERRIMO LUGAR!! Publicidad Engañosa, falta de seriedad que se convierte en una clara estafa.

Pros: Un lugar muy bonito, staff muy educados y atentos. El desayuno excelente. Buena ubicación para la playa. La piscina muy limpia.
Contras: La construcción se ve un poco vieja, limpia pero gastada. Los aires acondicionados hacen mucho ruido, el control del TV no funcionaba.
