Hotel muy acogedor, acceso directo a la playa, desayuno buffet y personal muy amables, absolutamente recomendado. Elkin que es del bar es muy amable, restaurante fabuloso, camas muy cómodas y el aire acondicionado funciona excelente, todo funciona perfecto.

My stay was very good
The rooms where clean, lovely and airy
The beds comfortable
The shower could be updated with a hand held option
Option also to have a kettle for tea making in the room will be fantastic.
It was difficult getting hot water for tea as the hotel seemed to cater only for coffee drinkers

Muy buena experiencia en general en todo el hotel. El desayuno muy bueno, con comida típica colombiana. La carta del restaurante es variada, probamos las pizzas y las pastas, muy buenas. Tiene acceso directo al mar, con buenos parasoles y sillas.

La comida deliciosa, la mesera que nos atendió Nurys Camacho muy atenta y muy amable con el servicio a la hora de. la comida. Comimos sancocho de.peacado y mojarra frita y para finalizar una copa de helado de vainilla, fresa y chocolate. Excelente todo

Nos solicitaron en varias ocasiones pasar tarjetas para pago, habiendo dejado un voucher abierto desde el inicio de la estadía. Nos negaron entrega de hielo en la playa para las bebidas que tomamos, adicional dijeron que nos cobrarían el hielo x cubeta a $6 mil pesos, Siendo huéspedes y pagando un consumo de más de un millón de alimentos en 4 días. Las instalaciones desmejoraron sustancialmente, por ejemplo los pasillos hacia las habitaciones tienen paredes corroídas y llenas de humedad y se denota la falta de pintura; el baño de la habitación tenía hongos en las bisagras de la puerta de la ducha que escurrían hasta el piso; en el desayuno pedimos que nos ayudaran con una salchicha dorada para el desayuno de mi hija y nos cobraron $9900 por la salchicha, siendo que al llegar nos cobraron un adicional de $62.000 por los 4 desayunos de ella siendo que la reserva y pago se efectuó para 3 personas incluía desayuno y al llegar dijeron que el desayuno de ella no estaba incluido, pagamos y luego nos toco pagar cada día x sus salchichas. Se nota la falta de personal que atienda en la playa en temporada alta pues no dan a basto con los clientes que están solicitando consumo constantemente; las mesas de los kioskos en la playa no tienen mantenimiento desde hace tiempo ya que se encuentran muy deterioradas al igual que las asoleadoras que están rotas.
