Excelente hotel, atención muy buena. Desayuno excelente, instalaciones confortables, ideal para descansar, playa con poca gente y tranquila. Lo único a mejorar son sus cócteles y bebidas son muy simples.

Las habitaciones del edificio antiguo ya es hora de remodelacion, a la familia que iba con nosotros los atracaron en la playa a unos 70 metros hacia el lado derecho de la salida del hotel. No hay salvavidas, nadie pendiente del hotel en la playa. No se creo que volveria pero con cambios serios po,r parte del hotel.

Ghl árelas Costa Azul is an old but well maintained property, exceptionally clean but far from all kind of activities. Good for families with small children, not so much for adults.
It has just one restaurant, not any bars and the food is pretty limited

El personal muy atento y pendiente siempre de ti, cero problemas con las cuentas o con inseguridad. La comida, espectacular, no hubo plato malo de todo lo que pedimos al restaurante. Así mismo el servicio a la habitación muy efectivo. Precios acordes a la calidad del hotel. Las habitaciones limpias, bien mantenidas con la hermosa vista a la playa. Piscina y áreas comunes limpias y bien cuidadas. El hotel siempre nos ayudó a gestionar el transporte a la ciudad con lo que nunca tuvimos problema. La playa, tranquila, hermosa, segura y limpia. No llena de gente ni de vendedores ambulantes. La estancia maravillosa. El hotel está a 20 minutos del centro de Santa Marta y a 5 minutos del aeropuerto. Nos habría gustado quedarnos más días. Mil gracias por todo. Volveremos!!
