Excelente servicio, personal amable , habitaciones limpias y alimentación buena. Pésimo gimnasio, no disponible, falta de aire, no disponibilidad de máquinas, no dan toallas, horario restringido, no tiene apertura electrónica.....No corresponde con el nivel del hotel.... Además el otro gimnasio que tampoco es bueno pero mejora disponibilidad, lo tienen cerrado y aunque se solicita su apertura, no lo hacen por órdenes de las directivas ????

Irotama Torres ist ein altes Gebäude,, gut erhältst aber in die Jahre gekommen.
Irotama Lago oder Reservado bittet viel mehr.
Ich habe eine Suite , es war extrem gross für. N nur 1 Person, war zu viel , hatte eine Küche und einen riesigen Kühlschrank

Irritaba Torre XXI wo ich mein Appartement bekommen habe, hat kein Swimminpool , nur ein Jacuzzi , war immer kalt oder geschlossen.
Wenn man etwas unternehmen will muss in anderen Gebäuden
Die Sicherheit im Resort und am Strand ist gewährleistet

Place is beautiful, clean, many things to do, and most important a place to relax. The staff is profesional, friendly, helpfull. They make one feel very welcome. The events they hold everyday are awesome and fun. One does not need to go anywhere everything can be done at the resort.

My brother-in-law chose the breathtaking Irotama Resort in Colombia to celebrate our mother's 80th birthday. From March 30 to April 5, we experienced the outstanding service and exquisite beauty of the resort. The staff were incredibly courteous and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect. However, there were some drawbacks. After 10 pm, the resort lacked entertainment options, with no live music or dancing. While the food was good, the dining choices were limited to a buffet and a few restaurants. The biggest disappointment was the management's handling of issues. Upon check-in, my in-laws encountered multiple problems with their room, including a noisy fan, malfunctioning air conditioner, and uncontrollable hot water. Despite these inconveniences, management refused to offer any compensation or credit for the lost days. Eventually, we were forced to pack up and move my 80 and 85-year-old in-laws to a different room after three days of enduring these issues. This lack of accountability from management left us deeply disappointed.

Excelente hotel. El personal muy amable, las locaciones Excelente. Son 5 tipos de alojamiento yo me hospede en el edificio del Lago, todo muy bonito y ordenada, las locaciones fantástica y las habitaciones sin igual. Lo recomiendo para familias, parejas el descanso es total y las playas solo a un paso.

quiero destacar que las instalaciones me parecieron excelentes, la alimentación muy buena y variada, la comodidad y los espacios de las habitaciones me parecieron geniales. me sentí muy bien durante mi estadía, y en especial me brindaron muy buen servicio las personas que voy a mencionar: las meseras Jackelin, y Alejandra, y la cajera Heydi. quiero destacar su amabilidad, educación y respeto hacia el huésped, con personal así siempre será un placer estar en el Irotama.

Desde hace 6 años que visitamos este hermoso lugar. Irotama se destaca más que nada en el servicio al cliente. Mucha preocupación en todo sentido, los trabajadores reflejan su calidad en trato al turista, además de su cordialidad y calidad humana. Esta es la principal razón de que visitemos siempre este hotel. Los restaurantes son una delicia, con comida típica del país, platos variados y contundentes. El buffet es igual de sabroso. Las piscinas en sus instalaciones son maravillosas, limpias y todo muy ordenado, al igual que la preocupación por parte de los empleados en el cuidado de la playa, siempre pendientes de la seguridad y su limpieza. No tengo palabras para describir de una mejor manera, todo excelente, desde la recepción hasta el aseo en los departamentos, se toman su tiempo para limpiar con detalle, siempre pulcro y muy amables ante cualquier solicitud. Sin duda se deben hospedar en este bello y amable lugar.
