The service and facilities have greatly deteriorated. Works in rest areas which does not allow for a quiet stay due to noise, debris, paint jars, etc.

The hotel is charming, the best in Santa Marta for my taste. My children love it and we have stayed there several times, however on this occasion I had a problem when checking in and the manager's attention seemed to me to be in supreme bad taste. I had deposited 70% of the value before arriving and would pay 30% at check in, however when trying to make the transaction the bank blocked it for security, I offered them payment by transfer and they did not accept, they told me that they could only receive the card. In short, the manager was supremely despotic, quite the opposite of what his slogan is, in the end he agreed to receive me cash, after almost 40 minutes at the reception with my children supremely concerned with the situation.

Excellent hotel...private beach, apartment suites with ocean views. Shows for the family. Delicious food, although a little expensive. Very friendly employees. Very delicious cocktails. A very beautiful and complete place. They picked us up and took us to the airport in the air-conditioned van.

It has everything, you don't need to go out to anything. If you want to visit Santa Marta, take a taxi or a bus. The suites are spacious, with super air, a refrigerator for fruits and soft drinks, although it was not necessary because from breakfast, abundant fruits, the variety of breakfast is not that much but Colombian food. The pools are super, there are large ones, there are more intimate ones, the staff is super well trained. The lunches are generous, and in the evening they open the beach bar that is between the pool and the sea and they serve you very well. Who likes to feel like a king, the Zuana.

Our experience was good although there is always room for improvement. We traveled from the USA to enjoy this beautiful place. The resort staff was very kind to us, unfortunately they do not have many scheduled activities, we bought a tour to the historic center and the van did not have working air conditioning. I would never recommend that activity. One of the most shocking things is that they do not have bilingual staff or information written in another language, (although the website says otherwise) and my friend only speaks English, it was quite frustrating for him when I was not around to translate for him. This site is perfect for a family vacation. I would return!

Luxurious hotel resort. Excellent in all respect. Room and bathroom large and comfortable, fitted with all you can expect. Many swimming-pools, not overcrowded. Beach at a few distance from the hotel. Food at the restaurant excellent with great choice. Restaurant a little expensive but it's worth it!
