Es un hermoso hotel que contiene todos los servicios, excelentes instalaciones, hermosas piscinas, habitación confortables y bien dotadas, muy buena atención, buena comida, muchas opciones para pasar el tiempo, la playa es fabulosa. No dan ganas de salir de alli.

Pésimo servicio, pésimas las instalaciones! Maximo 2 estrellas el hotel! No recomiendo este hotel, irrespetuosos en recepción! Incluso con menores de edad. Las instalaciones están que se caen, en la terraza del apartamento cae pintura y escombros que dañan la ropa, piscinas cerradas y las abiertas no respetan los horarios, servicio al cliente no responde llamadas, piscina cochina

Ha desmejorado mucho el servicio y las instalaciones. Obras en sitios de descanso lo que no permite tener una estadía tranquila por el ruido, escombros, tarros de pintura., etc.

El hotel es encantador, el mejor de Santa Marta para mi gusto. Mis hijos lo aman y nos hemos hospedado varias veces ahí, sin embargo en esta ocasión tuve un problema al check in y la atención del gerente me pareció de supremo mal gusto. Yo habia depositado el 70% del valor antes de llegar y pagarîa el 30% en el check in, sin embargo al intentar hacer la transacción el banco realizó un bloqueo por seguridad, les ofrecí pago por transferencia y no aceptaron, me indicaron que solo podían recibirme la tarjeta. Total que el gerente supremamente despota, todo lo contrario a lo que es su slogan, al final accedió a recibirme efectivo, despues de casi 40 minutos en recepción con mis niños supremamente preocupados con la situación.

Muy Buena atención al socio, la comida exquisita las áreas sociales muy ordenadas, la seguridad es eficaz. Se le extravió una blusa a mi hija en las carpas junto al mar preguntó y se la entregaron, estaba guardada. Recomendado muy familiar nada de show desagradables.

Excelente hotel...playa privada, apartasuites con vista al mar. Shows para la familia. Comida deliciosa, aunque un poco costosa. Los empleados muy amables. Muy ricos cócteles. Un lugar muy hermoso y completo. Nos recogieron y nos llevaron al aeropuerto en la van con aire acondicionado.
