The staff in specific the manager was terrible and rude
She was also discrimating us because we were colombian citizens but living in the usa,the trea**ent overall was horrible except for sergio and another male staff that were helpfull and nice, we will never go back to that place

Horrible customer service! tiny cheap rooms! I found the vibe of the place substandard. first time in my life that a hotel asked me to buy "insurance" to stay there and If I declined, I needed to sign a liability waiver! ***! I booked the Hotel for 2 nights 2 guests per night the second day my friend had to leave, and I asked to add a different person to the room, and they refused! said once you check in with one guest any changes count as additional, and the fee was almost as much as the room cost per night! I actually did not even stay the second night! I decided to lose that night's cost and just went to another hotel! I've traveled for years, and this hotel seems to think they are the last bottle of water in a desert! never again!!!!!
