El servicio es el mejor, el sitio está muy bien ubicado, está cerca al mar. La habitación limpia y muy cómoda. Las zonas comunes están cuidadas y limpias. La piscina es espectacular, tiene un jacuzzi en donde me pude relajar. Los desayunos son muy ricos. Lo recomiendo!

La verdad la propiedad le falta mejirar su infraestructura, me sali el dia del check in y me cambie de hotel, el personal y el gerente son excelentes personas pero la propiedad, sus instalaciones necesitan una buena remodelacion

La mayoria de las habitaciones estan renovadas, la verdad quedaron muy bonitas, como siempre el esmero en la atencion por parte del personal es lo que resalta, esta vez nos recibio Milton y su carisma se contagia, solo me quedan palabras de agracecimiento y espero en mis proximas vacaciones visitarlos de nuevo.

Habitaciones pequeñas, poco comodidad, no muebles, propiedad en condiciones deterioradas, estaba limpio si, pero las áreas comunes requieren mantenimiento. Hay q decir q el personal es amable y tratan de compensar lo anteriormente mencionado

Muy ruidoso, mucha bulla en las mañanas. La comida muy regular. De verdad que hace falta mejorar el menú. En los baños no ofrecen productos de aseo personal solo un pequeño jabón y el primer día, de resto no. La limpieza muy mala. La atención es genial, muy buen servicio y el personal es muy amable.

The good: very nice pool. Good location for walking in Rodadero area. Free parking. Internet was stable. Bed was very firm. Housekeeping was on point. Resource for tours in the lobby was very helpful.
The not so good: big problem with ants in the bathroom sink… all over the place. Could not get hot water in the shower. Older property that needs updating. Room overlooking the pool is nice but noisy.
Conclusion: hotel more suitable for locals. But you can walk to beach or restaurants and mall in about 15 minutes.

Excelente atención y servicio. Nos permitieron hacer check in antes de la hora acordada; les solicitamos arreglar unos vidrios que estaban sueltos y cuando volvimos estaba todo ok. Lo único que mejoraria un poco es la sazón de la comida pero ya por gustos personales.

El hotel requiere urgente remodel**** aunque ya lo inicio. Deben mejorar la fumigacion y el servicio en recepcion. Los desayunos viajeros los deben mejorar. Su Gerente fue accesible y atendio los requerimientos. El personal debe capacit**** mas en atencion al huesped.
