When we were checked in shown to the room noticed that the windows and Air Conditioning were turned on come to realize once we closed the window and turned the AC down the room began to smell horrible!!! Went to sleep with the smell and woke up and the toilet was flooded not buy our own doing dirty toilet water all over the floor!!! We told Maintenance about it and he said he knew the room was smelly and had defects!! Went to complain to the front desk about the situation they said nothing could be done!! Worst Experience I’ve ever had in a hotel in my life and I am an frequent traveler all over the world. Extremely disappointed it also happened to be my wedding night.

Property in poor maintenance, dinning area has issues regarding flies, poor maintenance of rooms, and low quality furniture. Wiuld give it 2.5 stars.

Estabamos muy preocupadas por las opiniones que habiamos leido de este hotel sin embargo fue una grata sorpresa al encontrar un personal amable y suficiente. La comida no hay mucha opcion pero es mas que sufiente y de buen sabor. ESTE HOTEL ES PREFERIBLEMENTE PARA DESCANSAR pues queda lejos del rodadero y aun mas de Santa Marta es el ultimo de los hoteles via la Cienaga. Un taxi al aeropuerto o rodadero esta alrededor de los 33mil pesos. Por la lejania los toures que van hacia el Tayrona no llegan a recogerlo a uno al hotel asi que toca salir hasta un punto mas cercano. Qued**** en el hotel no es mala idea tiene varias piscinas, su playa privada que por la lejania no tienes vendedores en absoluto acosandote, el agua del mar es un poco mas oscura y tranquila que lo que se ve en el rodadero o santa marta. No lo recomiendo para it con gente de mucha edad ya que el hotel tiene bastante escaleras. Nuestra habitacion fue estandar (no sale en ninguna de las fotos publicadas) pero estuvo bien, para descansar y estar tranquilas. Tambien adquirimos unos masajes relajantes en el SPA donde hubo un buen servicio por parte de las personas que estan ahi

Fui a este hotel porque quería descansar del ruido, estar segura y quería estar tranquila en la playa sin comerciantes que te asedien, además es cerca del aeropuerto y eso da cierta tranquilidad si tienes vuelos temprano. El personal es muy amable, la habitación estaba limpia, el baño tiene el lavamanos por fuera eso es incómodo y un escritorio bastante pequeño, pero cumple. La carta limitada y me dieron una copa de vino que estaba agrio, eso lo reclame y fue arreglado ya que me abrieron una botella nueva. No hay bares ni restorantes cerca. Debes ir en taxi a todos lados. Al centro fácil te cobran 40 mil pesos colombianos que vendrían siendo unos 12 -13 Usd. App eso es importante si quieres pasear o conocer Santa marta desde ahí es lejos.
