Nice place to stay
Good breakfast and beds are comfortable.
The staff was really nice and helpful
This hotel is walking distance to the beach but the beach is a seaport . Not really a swimming beach but the locals do swim there

Estuvimos mi esposa y yo 2 veces en 2021 y ayer. Estamos súper satisfechos con el servicio y la calidad del hotel y del restaurante. Les recomiendo este lugar! Gracias particularmente a la señora Gladys que nos sirvió amablemente. Son los mejores!

The expectations were high but it wasn’t what I was expecting. The humidity in the room was really bad ( the smell), exposed electrical cables in the shower head in the bathroom. However the service was very good as well as the staff.

Was further away from tourist area… in the evening walking back from the beach ( which is not far) there is nothing open / felt unsafe. Should have stayed by the beach area.
Power went out. Didn’t bother to offer an explanation.
I wouldn’t stay there again.

Hotel in excellent condition, very good location right in front of the cathedral, a few blocks from the Parque de los Novios where you can find restaurants, bars, etc. Safe walking area. The hotel facilities are in perfect condition, swimming pool on the terrace from where you can see incredible sunsets.
