Tayrona Park is an incredible place to rest. The landscapes are wonderful, you will see the ocean and you will feel the peace of the Caribbean people. When I was there I stayed 2 days, that is a perfect time to get to know the lost city in the middle of the mountains, a magnificent place full of history. You can enjoy many beaches and make friends from all countries.

The cost, quality and services they offer is terrible, the attention from all their staff was the worst, they treat the guests with total contempt for anyone. I recommend this place, they do not offer any service apart from sleeping, the breakfast is a pittance I think. who do not know hotels that are on par with the costs that you have.

A friendly welcome at this campsite. The tents are comfortable with mattresses. Some tents have shutter *****s that no longer close but we had an excellent night there. Quiet in the heart of nature. It’s a shame that the beach is not swimmable because of the currents but that’s what makes camping less frequent with tents spaced further apart. A restaurant allows you to eat in the evening. A little expensive but we are in a park.

We stayed one night in the camping area. The tents were very well equipped, well maintained and clean. In general, the place is very nice and the staff's attention is excellent. The restaurant is super delicious and has long hours. The only thing that could improve is the more constant cleaning of the bathrooms but in the same way they always had the necessary supplies and everything worked well. I found it to be the most beautiful and comfortable campsite in the park, I would definitely return

The campsite was better when it was run by Tayrona concession (aviatur). The person who welcomed us showed no interest or ability to give us a hammock. 'No hammock, no wifi, 'no' seemed to be their modus operandi.

You cannot ask for €300 per night in a hotel that does not advertise that it does not have hot water in any bathroom in any room. And to go to the bathroom you have to leave the room and go down stairs. Bed 135 cm wide, very narrow. Heat in the room, with noisy fan and no air conditioning. We left 1 day earlier than planned, it really doesn't live up to the price.

Nice place an good location. Staff neither efficient/problem solving oriented nor friendly or willing to help. Breakfast is included but simple and small portions. Although I asked for dairy and gluten free options they don't have much and are not flexible. If you are going to sleep in a hammock bring with you a blanket because nobody tells you but it can get cold at night and they will not give you a solution for this. Because of the my arrival time I had to pay the ticket for the park at the hostel but I never got my ticket.

The attention and disposition of the employees was always a common denominator. The cleanliness of the place is impeccable. Bathrooms and showers always clean. The facilities were always clean. Breakfast was necessary for the energy we needed for the walks to the beaches. The campsites were comfortable, although the pillows would be better. Otherwise, everything is perfect. We had a great experience and it exceeded expectations.

Very bad attention to the guests considering the price of the stay, we almost drowned in the sea and there was no lifeguard who could provide any additional service. We asked for a Spa service at a specific time and from one moment to the next we they canceled the service
