Tayrona Park is an incredible place to rest. The landscapes are wonderful, you will see the ocean and you will feel the peace of the Caribbean people. When I was there I stayed 2 days, that is a perfect time to get to know the lost city in the middle of the mountains, a magnificent place full of history. You can enjoy many beaches and make friends from all countries.

El costo calidad y servicios que ofrecen es pésimo, la atención por parte de todo su personal fue la peor tratan a los huéspedes con total desprecio a nadie l le recomiendo dicho lugar, no ofrecen ningún servicio aparte de dormir, el desayuno es una miseria creo que no conocen hoteles que están a la altura de los costos que ustedes tienen.

Un accueil sympa dans ce camping. Les tentes dont confortables avec des matelas. Certaines tentes ont des lanières de volets qui ne ferment plus mais on y a passé une excellente nuit. Au calme en pleine nature. Dommage que la plage ne soit pas baignable a cause des courants mais c’est ce qui rend le camping moins fréquente avec des tentes plus espacées. Un restaurant permet de manger le soir. Un peu cher mais on est dans un parc.

Nos quedamos una noches la zona de camping. Estaba muy bien equipadas las carpas, bien cuidadas y limpias. En general esta muy bonito el lugar y la atención del personal es excelente. El restaurante esta super rico y tiene un horario amplio. Lo único que podría mejorar es la limpieza más constante de los baños pero de igual manera siempre tenían los insumos necesarios y todo funcionaba bien. Me pareció el camping más bonito y cómodo del parque, sin duda volvería

El camping era mejor cuando era manejado por concesión Tayrona (aviatur). La persona que nos recibió no mostró interés, ni capacidad de entregarnos una hamaca. ‘No hay hamaca, no hay wifi, ‘no hay’ parecía ser su modus operandi.

No se puede pedir 300€ por noche en un hotel que no anuncia que no dispone de agua caliente en ningún baño de ninguna habitación. Y para ir al baño tienes que salir de la habitación y bajar escaleras. Cama de 135 cm de ancho, muy estrecha. Calor en la habitación, con ventilador ruidoso y sin aire acondicionado. Nos fuimos 1 día antes de lo previsto, realmente no está a la altura del precio.

Nice place an good location. Staff neither efficient/problem solving oriented nor friendly or willing to help. Breakfast is included but simple and small portions. Although I asked for dairy and gluten free options they don't have much and are not flexible. If you are going to sleep in a hammock bring with you a blanket because nobody tells you but it can get cold at night and they will not give you a solution for this. Because of the my arrival time I had to pay the ticket for the park at the hostel but I never got my ticket.

La atención y disposición de los empleados siempre fue un común denominador. El aseo del lugar es Impecable. Baños y duchas siempre limpios. Las instalaciones siempre estuvieron aseadas. El desayuno fue preciso para la energía que necesitábamos para las caminatas hacia las playas. Los camping cómodos, aunque mejoraría las almohadas. De resto, todo perfecto. Nos llevamos una gran experiencia y superó las expectativas.

Muy mala atención con los huéspedes teniendo el cuenta el precio de la estadia, casi nos ahogamos en el mar y no había un salvavidas que pudiera prestar algún servicio adicional a esto pedimos un servicio de Spa a una hora específica y de un momento a otro nos cancelaron el servicio
