The stay was a wonderful one, thank you for the super-compliced service care, the perfect cleaning and always ready to satisfy the aesthetic image. The food was of high quality, at a very fair price for what was received, the menu is varied, but they suddenly missed to extend a little more options, but that's right, all the dishes are a delicious, until it comes with gourmet stomach You will be happy. A Maestro hotel in the care, ideal for family stays, and very nice facilities, the only thing needed in the hotel is a broader portfolio of social areas, such as Jacuzzi or Turko, from the rest: Deserved to be a 4-star hotel, overcoming all the spectaculars! We'll be back until next!

Great place, beautiful sunsets, clean, quiet, fantastic cocktails and food by the poolside, very attentive service, planning my next visit! I do not recommend the restaurant by the pool area, service wasn’t as good, do not recommend to stay on the beach, too many vendors, you can enjoy better at the resort’s beautiful tents, lounge chairs and Beautiful pools!

Für den Preis war das Hotel richtig gut! Zimmer sind einfach aber haben alles was es braucht, Klimaanlage funktionier und ist auch sehr wichtig, Bad ist ganz schön und sauber war auch alles. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut aber wenn viele Leute da sind sollte man sehr früh hingehen da man sonst leicht einige Zeit warten kann. Vor allem das Personal fanden wir super nett, haben uns mit einigen Anfragen ohne Probleme geholfen :) Einziges Manko, etwas abseits also in das Zentrum geht man ein bisschen (so 5-10 min). Trotzdem, für den Preis absolute Empfehlung !

We arrived after a flight from Bogota. The check in was fast. The room was basic, and on the small side. I went to take a shower and there was no hot water. I called to the front desk, and was told it was being repaired. and would be fixed in about 10 minutes. In the morning there was still no hot water. At 10 the next morning, I received a call that the water was fixed. Now I understand that things break, but don't appease me by saying it will be fixed in 10 minutes when you know it will not.

Good hotel as in Colombia. Very nice and helpful staff. Everything according to the description. We got even a better room with sea view. Beautiful beach opposite the hotel. Around many restaurants, bars and shops, unfortunately also disco. This is the greatest nightmare of this place because Colombians, although they are very nice, are balding until the white morning. If you are looking for urban attractions this hotel is ideal. If you prefer peace, look for another hotel. The only minus hotel is the lack of drinking water and coffee service in the room.

Let me start of by saying that the staff at GHL Hotel were VERY helpful. The minute we walked through the door we were treated like family. The check in process was very easy and quick. We didn't have to worry about our luggage the hotel handled all of that. The room were very clean. The rooms had a small sink near the entry door which I'm not sure why, a small closet, small refrigerator which included snacks and drinks (at a cost of course). I did notice that the hotel did not furnish face towels. Only had 2 towels and a hand towel. I did ask the front desk if any face towels were available and the response was we don't supply those. We were able to pickup a few face towels at the dollar store. The pool was amazing (kiddy pool and adult pool). The loved the location of the hotel. Was not far from the airport about 10 to 15 mins. The hotel is not that close to a grocery store but its a 10min cab drive. There is a small convince store on the property but will be limited on some things. The hotel sits on the beach shore which I took a beach walk every morning. The hotel restaurant was EXCELLENT!!!. The food was outstanding and very cheap. Although we did not know that much Spanish the staff was very helpful to cater to us and using our phone translator came in handy. I would have never thought I would have visit Colombia but now that I have I can't wait until I go back. This was a truly a great vacation. Thank you GHL Hotel Relax Costa Azul for a wonderful time. Just spent one night in the presidential suite before heading out of the country. I wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the amazing location of this hotel. Eliana was a wonderful, warm presence at check-in and Jesus was amazing as well. He made us feel like family. This establishment gives you privacy of a hotel with the warm feel of a bed and breakfast. If you're looking to splurge on the presidential suite, you'll enjoy an awesome room and with amazing views of the city. We stayed on a Saturday night and I slept very well even with all the partying nearby. My partner didn't sleep as well, but he is a super light sleeper. Great hotel!
