I write this review with ambivalence, because I would like to keep this hidden gem to myself! However, this hotel and especially the hotel’s FANTASTIC staff deserve the highest of compliments. Everyone with whom I interacted was outstanding and clearly laser-focused on customer satisfaction. I travel extensively and have stayed at top hotels around the world. I am fanatical about customer service, and am quick to point out both good and bad. I cannot overstate how great the Ambrose staff is. They are always quick and happy to address my every request - big or small. My interactions with Brandon, Fern, Michelle and Teresa at the front desk always left me walking away smiling at their wonderful attitudes and again, laser-focus on customer satisfaction. The hotel has a beautiful Tesla with a great driver (Don) at its guests’ disposal. Don drove me several times and he was not only very safe, but made me feel completely comfortable and our conversation was a true pleasure. I know that there are many other members of the staff that I did not meet, but trust that they also share the front of the house’s professionalism and warm, friendly attention to detail. I don’t know who the owner or general manager are, but they must be great leaders who have built a team worthy of the highest commendation. I hope that this review will prompt them to commend their outstanding staff for jobs very well-done! This boutique independant hotel rivals or exceeds the great service at the Ritz-Carlton, Four Seasons, Shangri-La and other top hotels. I will be back in this area often and the Ambrose will always be my first choice. It is truly a hidden gem!
