"They were great at the front desk. The room was nicer than expected. They even had a sitting area. Bed was very good and it is nice and quiet.  Also, the office had coffee, tea, fresh water, and cookies for the guests."

"I have two suggestions: 1. The soundproofing is extremely poor; I'd strongly recommend carpeting all the floors. 2. The breakfast was simply awful. For the same price, hotels I've booked in Venice Beach provide complimentary breakfast. Aside from these points, everything else was fantastic. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the bathroom in my room was well-designed with separate toilet and shower areas. My single room had a window, letting natural sunlight stream onto the bed, and offered a pleasant view of trees outside. The room was also well-equipped with an ironing board, an iron, and a spacious desk, which I found very convenient. The location is superb; Santa Monica Pier and the beach are just a few minutes' walk away, and I enjoyed sunbathing there every day. The front desk service was excellent; they even switched to Mandarin when speaking to me. They also offered complimentary luggage storage after check-out, and guests could even return to the hotel to wait for their ride or charge their phones, which was a huge plus."

"Great location, just 2-3 minutes walk to Santa Monica Beach. Many eateries around the hotel. The air conditioning look very retro but it’s very powerful. Beds are comfortable. It’s a very basic hotel, not new but the location is good and it’s not noisy. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful."

"It's a 10-minute walk to Santa Monica Beach.But there's a lot of homelessness on the road. I can't get around late at night. The hotel staff is very good. The man wearing glasses is a little cynical when checking in. The room I reserved was the smallest and the lighting was very dark. Keep that in mind."

"Advantages: 1. The location is good, very close to the beach. 2. The room facilities are okay, but at this price, you can stay in Hilton anyway in China. "it is worth it . It is about 2 km from the coast, so it is difficult to walk, but it is possible. Bus stop in front. Parking costs 16 dollars, which is excellent compared to everything over 40 dollars in Beverly Hills and Hollywood. Large and comfortable rooms, breakfast included and improvised at reception, basic of basics, there is no no table. No restaurants nearby. But it's worth it, and being in a car leaves nothing to be desired."

"The hotel room was cleaned regularly and to a high standard. Very helpful and supportive staff. No homeless people around the hotel area. Coffee maker was not available in the room but it was available in the lobby area. Our room was beach-facing and we recommend it to other guests as the view was very scenic."

"We stayed in a room with a loop balcony. All the receptionists were very polite and all had a nice smile. There is no breakfast, but you can eat light meals (coffee and baked sweets) freely in the morning. It's too sweet for Japanese people, but I'm grateful that it's free. I didn't know how to use the coffee machine in the room at first and asked the receptionist, but he kindly told me."

"The hotel is located on the Pacific Ocean. The beach is very good. It is connected to Highway 66 END. The lights are lively at night and there are many tourists. During the day, the sea is rough and the beach is comfortable for sunbathing. However, the hotel price is a bit high. There is an additional parking fee and tip. Low"
