No service! The front desk business ability is too poor! Without professionalism, it is worse than a three-star hotel. There was a constant sound of water leaking when I slept at night, and the sound insulation was poor. Very very bad experience. Highly not recommended.

This was such an amazing experience all around. My fiancé and I came for work and enjoyed every minute of it. The staff, including Lenny, were amazing and so helpful. Anything we needed was a phone call away. Rode bikes. Enjoyed the heated pool. So special.

Beyond the stunning views and amenities, we had an amazing time at Oceana. The highlight for us was the courtesy portrayed by Lenny and Dan. Lenny was so gracious and made our stay much more memorable with great food and activity recommendations. I hope we see him next time we’re in town

I’ve stayed there for three nights, clean and spacious room, the pool is heated and the food is delicious. The shrimps on that salad were the best ones I’ve ever tasted, and I’m Italian, so I can’t complain about the food in my country, but wow! The staff is professional, competent and very attentive. The young woman at the front desk who did my check out was very polite and qualified and in particular I wanted to thank Lenny for his outstanding service and expertise, always very respectful and helpful. I’ll be back!

We stayed here to celebrate our anniversary and brought our 3 year old with us. We had the most wonderful experience! The property and location could not be more beautiful. We walked down to the beach and were lucky to have beautiful weather while we were there. Akeem was wonderful to communicate with while planning our trip and made sure our accommodations were perfect for us. The room we stayed in had a pool view on one side with the cutest swinging bench outside that we loved, and the other side faced directly to the beach so we enjoyed the sunset view each night. Everything we ate there at the restaurant / room service was INCREDIBLY delicious & fresh, and all of the staff were extremely welcoming. We are already trying to plan our next trip back!

Great customer service, exquisitely appointed, stylish room, gourmet locally sourced food, relaxed, beautiful, Southern California cool visit. Super current and clean. Dan, Dave, and their entire team were fantastic. Our family loves this property. Everything is perfect and a relaxing stay always! Steps from the beach and great bars/restaurants. When you are here you feel like you live at the beach. Recommend to anyone.
