Great location. Comfortable bed. Small but heated swimming pool. Not the best breakfast choice. Would be good to have more fruits or some veggies/salad bar.

I seen so many negative reviews but all in all we had a great time. 10 min walk to beach an pier, and food as well. Noise was only a problem if u expected the city to be quiet otherwise we didn’t mind. Great trip ☺️

The general environment of the room is very good, but I personally don't like the design of the bathroom door. It cannot be locked and there is a large door gap to see inside.

It is located in the center of town with convenient transportation. The tram terminal is just across the street. There are several buses nearby. There is a Target at the intersection and a Trader Joe's next door. Across the street is Santa Monica Square and the pedestrian street. For hygiene, you can call customer service as needed. ;Breakfast is average, enough for an early breakfast. Coffee and tea are available 24 hours a day in the lobby for self-service; The front desk service is very good. I checked out of the room at noon and found that I forgot to print some documents. I went back in the afternoon and was still eager to help. Thank you very much! As for the fact that there are a lot of homeless people nearby, just go back early in the evening.

The decoration is relatively new, and the floor height is very high, so it feels very spacious. The room is simple and stylish, with supporting swimming pool, gym, and laundry room; it is 800 meters walk from the beach, and there will be a commercial center on the way, which is convenient and there is a supermarket, which is very convenient; breakfast is useless. Generally speaking, it is more suitable for family vacations.

If you're staying in Santa Monica, I definitely recommend this place! The large room has a great view, and the location is great.

The very large rooms but with basic furnishings for the costs. Overpriced parking nearby there are much cheaper parking lots (Santa Monica civic center). The decent breakfast, the waffles are good but without fresh pastry products.

Location and service were not good for the price the room is very small The train was too loud I was assigned a room on the second floor. The view is facing the garbage dump on the first floor. You can see the inside of the building on the other side couldn't open the curtain I chose this hotel because it was close to the beach. Even in peak season, the price was really bad. It was the most inconvenient accommodation in LA.

Safety was good. Room very clean and the sheets smelled very nice. Room not cleaned everyday, so the garbage was overflowing.

Receptionist at the front desk was very rude and did not treat me with the same respect as the customers before and after me. "Darlene" would give me dirty looks like I was inferior to her and made the stay very uncomfortable/ unpleasant whenever I walked in and out of the establishment. Terrible customer service

Hi, I'm asking for refund money because, I'm upset about the incident on the past weekend, me and my wife have a long night to previous Sunday Morning and we decide take rest all day On Sunday but early in the morning start a lot of noise drums even on the breakfast, we decide to move other place all day because, we needed rest very well for next Day, that's our inconvenience during the staid.

Tons of noise from the hallways, room next door and room above. We had to call the front desk multiple times about the noise above us. Although the noise is out of the hotel’s control, the building is not sound proofed enough. I’ve stayed at multiple other hotels and this has never been a problem.
