Fabulous hotel, its in a great location, very convenient to everything. Lovely helpful staff. Breakfast was lovely and has a good variety of everything. Plenty of sunbeds at no extra charge and loads of umbrellas. Nice size pool also. will definitely return,

After reading some good reviews regarding this hotel, we were so very disappointed to find the quality, cleanliness, accessibility, safety and general standards were sadly lacking. As we were staying for 5 nights we only booked a 'standard double ' room, which on arrival was unacceptable as the door was already open and we were unable to lock it due to a broken lock. In addition the room was very very basic and small. After raising our concerns, we were moved to another 'standard' room which was even smaller and smelled of cigarette smoke. After a further complaint, we were moved to a 'deluxe double room' on the lower ground floor with access to a garden area. This room was acceptable though we would class as a 'standard' double, rather than a deluxe. Other concerns, would be the large number of steps (no lifts) that you have to use to go anywhere; the 'average' breakfast ; the very cold pool; the location at the top of a hill and the fact that the building never seemed secure. We should note that throughout the staff were pleasant and helpful

Very nice hotel and friendly front desk staff. It is well situated with lots of restaurants, bars and grocery stores nearby. The beach can be seen from the balcony of the pool area and the balconies of the rooms are nice to sit out on in the evening to enjoy a drink with the view across Santa Ponsa. There are no refrigerators in the rooms and the safe in the room costs an additional EUR 2.50 per day. This is unnecessary in my opinion and doesn't make sense. It's a clean, quaint and very descent hotel. Great place for a great price.

Clean and big room. Shower cabin was tiny so it was difficult to shower or move in/out, and I'm not even a big person. Had big balcony with 2 chairs, table and 2 deckchairs. Balcony was very big and had even view of the beach and sea. There was also a swimming pool (big and small) that we didn't use but it looked clean and spacious.
Breakfast was very good, every day slightly different. Got bored of music during breakfast, every day same music was playing. It started before 8AM so it was a bit noisy in the morning.
It took 3-4 minutes walking to the beach, and there is a lot of shops and restaurants around hotel.
There is a lot of free parking spaces 200-300m away from hotel, few streets actually (closest was C/ Gran Via Puig de Randa), so it was possible to find parking less than 5min walking from hotel.
Staff was very friendly and helpful.

A hotel that bears its name very badly. The soundproofing of the rooms is more than mediocre, which means that we hear the neighbors' entire life: voices, trips to the toilet, intimate life, door noise at all hours of the night.
The room itself was passable, curtains, dirty and with holes, bathroom linen also, hairdryer broken, and the shower: clogged shower, which meant that we were wading in the water which was overflowing in the bathroom. And a filth...
The lock on the front door was also hell. It is also a shame not to have even a small fridge in the room (many hotels offer this service for a lower room rate) even if the functional air conditioning was appreciable.
The only positive points of this hotel were the varied breakfast, and especially the reception staff who were really perfect and welcoming!
Thanks also to the young woman with the blonde ponytail who collected the plates at breakfast with appreciable kindness and politeness.

I didn’t feel confident in the hotel, not because of the lovely staff, but the clientele made me uncomfortable as I sat by the pool. Bad language, shouted conversations across the quite small pool area mostly about football, and people emitting clouds of vape caused us to abandon the pool, and ultimately decide to move on to another hotel, so we lost the cost of two nights accommodation. I have no idea what the hotel could do about this - maybe we were just unlucky.

Good choice of inside and outside seating areas and great views.
