"Great hotel in a central location, comfy bed, good shower, room could do with an revamp but no complaints for what we paid, towels changed daily, bed not changed but we were there just 3 nights so it was fine. Outdoor pool is small and not heated so we didn’t use it. Spa looked lovely although we didn’t use. Breakfast good selection of hot & cold food but hot food was not very hot! Not good for gluten free as not much on offer. Overall a good stay and would return. A11 bus from airport stops right outside which was perfect."

"Absolute Nightmare: Theft, Filth, and Shocking Indifference My three-night stay at this hotel was, without exaggeration, a disaster that I would urge all future travelers to avoid. This goes far beyond standard complaints; this is a severe warning about security and management. First and foremost, I had items stolen from my ROOM including my watch and a power bank. The feeling of violation and insecurity this caused completely ruined the trip. For a hotel to fail so fundamentally in providing a safe environment is unacceptable. The security issue was compounded by the hotel's general state. The room was noticeably dirty, poorly maintained, and did not meet basic standards of cleanliness or hygiene. This lack of attention to basic maintenance suggests a complete disregard for guest comfort. However, the most disturbing part of our experience was the management's reaction to the theft. When we immediately reported the stolen items to the reception staff, their response was one of total and complete indifference. They displayed an apathy that was frankly shocking. They offered absolutely no help, no apology, and no meaningful assistance in handling a serious criminal matter that occurred on their property. It was clear they simply couldn't have cared less about the distress we were experiencing. If you value your safety, your possessions, and expect even a basic level of customer care, do not book a stay here. This hotel demonstrates a severe failure in security, cleanliness, and responsibility toward its guests."

"We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The facilities are excellent, especially the swimming pool and sauna, and the hotel provided thoughtful arrangements for our honeymoon, which we greatly appreciated. The staff were friendly, professional, and attentive throughout our stay. My only suggestion would be to extend the opening hours of the sauna and gym, as this would give guests more time to enjoy the facilities. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would be happy to stay here again in the future."

"Beautiful hotel well located next to a beautiful large beach. Pleasant welcome, smiling staff. Very friendly catering service staff. Too bad the jacuzzi wasn't running. Nice varied buffet, however I think it's not normal that you have to pay for water when you pay half board! We were in other hotels in Majorca where water, sodas and wine were self-service. Right next to the swimming pool, the fact that many people reserve their deckchairs from 7 a.m. by placing towels without being present, therefore, no more possibility of sitting around the swimming pool after our breakfast, the management of the 'hotel should ban it!"

"The hotel itself was okay overall, but there were quite a few issues that would stop me from returning. The rooms are quite small if you’re staying in a one-bedroom apartment, particularly the living area. The bedrooms were a decent size, though. The bathroom was also very small. Unfortunately, the shower tray and the area around the plug in our room were filthy, with dirt that clearly needed a really good clean and bleach. The shower tray was also spongy and uneven, which didn’t feel particularly safe. We also found ants in the kitchen worktop area, especially around where food was being prepared. This wasn’t pleasant at all, and the kids kept saying the room was infested, which obviously made them uncomfortable. On a positive note, the beds were comfortable. However, the sofa bed was ripped, dirty and clearly needed repairing. We ended up having to cover it with an extra sheet before anyone could sit or sleep on it. The pools were excellent, as was the bar area and the kids’ entertainment. These were definitely the highlights of the stay. However, the sunbed situation really needs to be addressed. The location and management of the sunbeds are poor, and there were “sunbed wars” every day. People were reserving five or six sunbeds for families of only three or four people, which made it difficult for others to find somewhere to sit. The hotel really needs to have a better system in place and manage this properly. Overall, it was an okay stay, but due to the cleanliness issues, the condition of some of the furniture and the ongoing sunbed situation, I wouldn’t return."

"We had to change our original hotel in Palma Nova as it shut half way through our week .The hotel itself is beautifully decorated ,pool area is nice and relaxing. The hotel stall are all very polite and helpful. We were offered a nice glass of bubbles on arrival .Our room was lovely but it did lack storage .There are hardly any draws ,we felt like we had clothes everywhere .The bedside cabinets could easily have a few draws and under half the long shelf. Also no shelf in the bathroom .The balcony was also a good size .Breakfast was nice ,cooked,yogurts,fruit and pastries .It is in a good location ,opposite the bus terminal and the taxi rank .The first few nights I was woken early morning by the taxi men who sit downstairs and chat and they are by no means quiet .The bar area is also really nice and we ate in the restaurant Harry's ,food was lovely .Sadly SP was not the resort for us so sadly would not return but if SP is your preferred choice of resort then I would recommend this hotel ."

"ARRIVAL My family arrived on 30th August for a 7 night stay. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed and asked to complete some check in paperwork. We arrived at 12 and had to wait until 3pm for our rooms to be ready but after storing our luggage it was no issue. RESTAURANT AND POOL We had lunch and I was pleasantly surprised by the choice of food. Quality was definitely evident and hygiene in and around the restaurant were clear to see. After lunch the kids relaxed in the pool until the room was ready. The pool isn't huge compared to previous hotels we have stayed in but it does the job. THE ROOMS We booked two rooms as the twin apartment wasn't available. Room 103 and 104. The rooms were clean and spacious but a little weathered. You can tell that room 103 had a recent bathroom refurbishment with a built in walk in shower and shower screen. The balcony was unfortunately located next to the staff outdoor restaurant and bins which weren't ideal. Our balcony doors didn't feel overly secure either with a simple latch bolt as opposed to a lock and key. We had a small kitchenette which has an electric hob, sink, fridge etc - presumably for self catering guests. Room 104 bathroom was outdated with a long mouldy shower curtain. Around the hotel there are various toilets, a relaxation area with sofas, a few arcade machines and a pool table. The gym on site is small but available 24/7 and has everything you need for functional fitness. A FEW OBSERVATIONS You have to leave a €10 refundable deposit for pool towels. You have to leave a €1 per cup refundable deposit. - the idea being green and avoiding waste so not a bad idea. You're not allowed to take food from restaurant to your room. Seems a little odd given that the rooms come with dining table and chairs in the apartment and a table and chairs in the balcony. Bar, waiting staff, reception staff and entertainment crews work extremely hard and super lovely so thats a huge factor in making a holiday a great experience. Beach and local amenities are literally a 2min and 5min walk away. Overall its a fairly quiet area or at least it was when we were there. Smoking areas are right at the front of the hotel which I think is poorly placed - given that new guests including children will walk through when they arrive and the first thing that greets them is a wall of smoke. Overall I would say its a no thrills experience. Its functional and does what it needs to but I wouldnt be rushing to book it again."

"In a peaceful location away from the main Santa Ponsa beach and town centre, yet only a 10 minute stroll away. 5 minutes gets you to a lovely shady peaceful beach. 2 supermarkets shops, takeaway, several restaurants and bars 5 mins walk. Bus stop right outside for palma and magalluf. These apartments are spacious spotlessly clean comfortable and well equipped. Helpful staff service the apartments every 3rd day, ample towels provided. Nice pool nice lounge area and bar. Cannot find any fault the only thing I would say is that the pool bar food menu is a bit limited and hence the bar is a bit under used, it also closed before 10 pm. Not a problem as do much else nearby but be aware if you are arriving late evening. We requested and were given ground floor- 211 perfect"
