Nura Santa Ponsa & Spa ★★★★
"Very nice and good hotel. I was book for my friend and he liked."
Purobeach Resort Santa Ponsa - New Opening ★★★★★
"The hotel facilities were great, but the staff weren't very friendly."
Playas del Rey ★★★
"Good hotel but very touristy in summer"
HM Isabela - Adults Only ★★★★
"During our stay, we experienced some noise from neighbouring guests and requested a room change, which the staff accommodated promptly and without any hassle. The staff's English was also commendably good, making communication easy throughout our stay."
Hotel Navia Santa Ponsa - Adults Only ★★★
"Do NOT go there!! There are no blankets! (Because they weren't shown in the pictures on the app!!) The hallway is dark! Always dark! No motion-sensor lights! The room is also extremely dark! The entire room is very old and outdated! It's completely different from the pictures! The hygiene is appalling! It's practically like a roadside hotel in China."
Pure Salt Port Adriano - Adults Only ★★★★★
"We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The facilities are excellent, especially the swimming pool and sauna, and the hotel provided thoughtful arrangements for our honeymoon, which we greatly appreciated. The staff were friendly, professional, and attentive throughout our stay. My only suggestion would be to extend the opening hours of the sauna and gym, as this would give guests more time to enjoy the facilities. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would be happy to stay here again in the future."
4U Miranda - Adults Only ★★★
"Best value-for-money hotel I've ever stayed in. First class customer service over the 3 evenings we stayed. Spotlessly clean, lovely breakfast and tastefully decorated. If I ever return to Santa Ponsa I'll be back at 4U Miranda....Martin"
Globales Santa Ponsa Park ★★★★
"Good hotel, with a great pool area and atmosphere. Breakfast is good, slightly fussy so found lunch and dinner tricky. Snack bar/pizzeria made up for this great variety during the day. Short walk to the beach, only negative is finding a sun lounger without having to wake up early. Rooms small but clean and comfortable. Definitely Would recommend."
Sun Beach ★★★
"This hotel is consistently absolutely perfect It is clean, the rooms are well appointed, the pool area and terrace are really spacious with plenty beds and umbrellas and on this occasion we were on the 8th floor the views were stunning We were checked in by Marta who was so helpful and informative, the other reception stafff were equally professional and welcoming at all times If you are looking for self catering in a central area you would do well to book here you won’t be disappointed"

Pirates Village
"Apartments were clean but small. Staff were friendly but some staff seemed stressed on the daily. Rooms very outdated and beds are not comfortable so we didnt get much sleep. I would advise getting a safe as my very expensive ear rings went missing from the bedside locker just after the room was cleaned. Hotel couldnt do anything about it other than ask the maid which response was, "no ear rings there". You have to pay for the safe. You also havw to pay for the remote control for the tv 10e, which you get back when you check out. Pool times are not great! Kids up and ready at 7am and pool doesnt open until 10:30am. Not enough umbrellas for the shade. Guests were sitting beside the umbrellas from 8am as you could not sit out in that heat without shade. Kids club is great!!!! and it's free! The pools are also great. Kids loved the pool and daily entertainment. The food is ok. We will not be not returning to pirates village."
Apartamentos Casa Vida
"It's not fancy but it's ok. Simple one bedroom apartment which was clean and comfortable and had just about everything needed for a 1 week stay in March. 2 ring hob, microwave, kettle and coffee machine in kitchenette. All crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils but no mugs for English tea ;-) Two single beds pulled together as double with extra linen in cupboards in case you got cold. Really clean and serviced once during our stay. Checked in by Albert who arrived quickly after ringing the number on the door (make sure you have a mobile that can make European calls). Parking easy at front or down steep slope at back. Lots of restaurants closed in early March so a bit of hunting around for dining options. Good local supermarkets (Eroski) for supplies and a really good base to go off and explore a really beautiful island. Would recommend if you want a basic, self catering good clean base."
Globales Playa Santa Ponsa
"Absolutely awful. Rooms are battered and old... Bathroom has a plastic rail around it with a plastic hanging sheet. Please see pics. No one is English at the hotel. Food is absolutely inedible, even the coffee from the machine isn't good. Pool area is patchy long grass and in the shade and you can't even get to the pool before about 10am. I hate leaving poor reviews but I honestly can't find a decent thing about this hotel other than it's location. Ruined our lovely previous memories of Santa Ponsa. We shall never visit again."
Zafiro Rey Don Jaime
"The location was perfect, close to beach, shops and bar's only 5 minutes walk from hotel. The Atmosphere was very chilled and all the staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough for you, they never stopped working and always with a smile. The hotel residents were friendly too. The rooms were a good size and very clean, the bed was so comfortable. The food was lovely and so was the restaurant, so much to choose from. It wasn't noisy once you had got to your room and the entertainment finished by 11. Fantastic value for money i would definitely go back there again me and my friends are already looking to book for next year"
Hotel Bahia del Sol
"Beautiful hotel very spacious, clean and ideal location. 2 min walk to beach, local amenities outside. Room very clean and modern. Pool is lovely ideal for couples. Family& friends Great value for money- food was also very impressive for the cost Defo be back"
Plazamar Family Resort
"We had a wonderful stay here from 16th - 23rd August. Due to delays with our flight we arrived at 11.45pm. Reception staff were excellent, however check in is very long winded needing to fill in a form for each guest with the exact same details when you have an extremely overtired crying child is frustrating. The process could be streamlined to one form. The hotel had received our email request regarding room location and a special Request for water in the room to be able to make up our child's medication. They left us 4 bottles of water which was very appreciated. Whilst we weren't able to give us a room on the floor we requested, we did have a room that despite being close to the bar and pool was lovely and quiet and located close to the lift. The room was lovely and spacious - a premium studio. We never felt like we needed more space. The fixtures are a little dated, but well maintained and clean. The shower in particular was very good. The beds were comfortable too. The air con was good and definitely needed with an outside temp of 39C! The cleaning staff attended every other day to clean and change your towels. Whilst we were there, the lift broke, which did make things difficult, however the hotel got it fixed within a few hours. The food was good quality and quite varied. My husband ate like a king for the week! He said it's the best all inclusive food he's ever had. The labelling of the food could definitely have been better in terms of allergens. I found myself asking the staff a lot about whether food contained dairy. The staff were very helpful and if they didn't know, they found someone who did. My daughter ate very well and enjoyed the food. As someone with a dairy intolerance I found food choices limited, especially as I'm a vegetarian. Mostly plain, pasta, rice, salad, vegetables and fruit. However the food I could eat was tasty and I enjoyed it. I do feel that there should be dairy Free dessert options other than fruit, particularly for children with dairy allergies. The pool was great, even when it was busy it didn't feel crowded, except for when water polo was being played. The shallow pool for the little ones was lovely and warm, the middle part was where we spent most of our time, there was always space, even with inflatables in there. The deep end was a lot quieter. The artificial grass is a good idea, it does get very hot in places, but with beach shoes or flip flops you don't notice. It can be cooled down by pouring water on it. There was never any problems getting sunbeds, even at lunch time or in the afternoon. We always managed to get a parasol too. The bar does get busy and sometimes there's a bit of a queue but staff work hard and quickly. Blandine in particular was fantastic and made the best mojitos. She was always friendly and helpful, as were all of the staff. Activity wise, Saùl and María were amazing. Our daughter has multiple disabilities aswell as autism. María noticed our daughter's hearing band straig"

"I really enjoyed my holiday Marta and kyano are the best and they bring such a great experience and the atmosphere is amazing with them around."
Apartamentos Vista Club
"The apartment is ok but the kitchen stove is not working we cant cook and lots of ants.."
TRH Jardín Del Mar
"Just stayed hear for 4 nights.. rooms very basic but clean they would definitely benefit from an upgrade. Air con not as cold as some places I have stayed but did the job after being in the sun all day. Pool side bar I found abit expensive compared to other places. The pool area fills up very quickly and the pool is not massive so does get pretty busy, you do get some of the young people that are going out drinking in magaluf so bare that in mind if takeing young children as they can be abit noisy, Would definitely recommend getting a sea view room. We stayed in room 301. We didn't eat at the hotel as went self catering so cant comment on the food."
