Sun Beach ★★★
"This was our 2nd visit to Sunbeach and we cannot really fault it. Reception staff are great, great location for beach (across the rd) restaurants, bars, snacks, Eroski supermarket 2mins away for your waters/ juices for room fridge, also Arthur’s off licence 2mins away for Bacardi breezers/beers etc, best prices, my only comments for improvement would be the table tennis and snooker/pool table should be under cover somewhere so they can utilised more, maybe over near the bar with a canopy over them. I also heard a woman sitting at the pool saying she struggled to get in and out the pool with the metal steps so it would be good idea to think of adding a step to walk into the pool? I thought of bringing my mum on holiday here too and this is only thing that would stop me as she would struggle too, it’s probably an easy thing to address? Never any problem getting sunbeds here, poolside is spotless and always being cleaned, bar staff at pool- one young girl who always played Oasis was very nice and nothing was any trouble, the other staff member not happy if you want drinks close to bar closing time, a lot of sighing( it was only a couple of strawberry daiquiris from the machine?) then as soon as drinks put down the shutters were thrown down. Overall this is a great place to stay, so central, clean."
Purobeach Resort Santa Ponsa - New Opening ★★★★★
"Fantastic resort amazing helpful staff and managers the staff are so amazing especially manager Pablo pool staff Manuel 2x Alexandria Naila and the night manager on duty 30/31 May arrived late his welcome was excellent . I also need to thank the staff who picks me up every morning for breakfast in the golf buggy and on night picked me up and dropped me back off after being out, as I have limited mobility steps etc . All staff were fantastic I can’t wait to go back ."
TRH Jardín Del Mar ★★★
"Great location, we had a lovely view from our room, pool area lovely, but when they say the pool opens at 10, that is not the pool area, got to be down there by 8.15 to get an umbrella, they don't remove towels. The first week I felt like I was on an 18-30 holiday, large groups of boys coming from Maguluf, security needs to step up, found the hotel very noisy, if u r a light sleeper you won't get any sleep in this hotel, the guys cleaning the pool woke me every single morning between 7 and 7.30. Also had ants in our room the entire 10 days."
Playas del Rey ★★★
"Good hotel but very touristy in summer"
Hotel Bahia del Sol ★★★★
"I am not normally one to write a review, in fact i dont believe i ever have before but felt this was necessary - we traveled in a group of 12 friends and 1 baby and the only positive is the pool. Literally everything else was terrible. The aircon doesn't work, they provided a dirty aircon unit that leaked everywhere nearly ruining our passports, they provided a fan which was okay, but the socket it was plugged into broke, one of the group found a bolt in their yoghurt which must have dropped from the ceiling. On the surface the hotel looks okay, but rooms terrible, walkways terrible, lifts too small, no atmosphere, couldn't get a sunbed after 7.30am, not enough sunbeds, drinks service was slow. Please stay elsewhere in Santa Ponsa."
Pure Salt Port Adriano - Adults Only ★★★★★
"We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The facilities are excellent, especially the swimming pool and sauna, and the hotel provided thoughtful arrangements for our honeymoon, which we greatly appreciated. The staff were friendly, professional, and attentive throughout our stay. My only suggestion would be to extend the opening hours of the sauna and gym, as this would give guests more time to enjoy the facilities. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would be happy to stay here again in the future."
HM Isabela - Adults Only ★★★★
"Room was not good for the first night, smells like sewage and no blanket for the bed, we complained to the manager, moved us to a normal room the very next morning. Very friendly staff and helpful. Perfect location."
Globales Santa Ponsa Park ★★★★
"Good hotel, with a great pool area and atmosphere. Breakfast is good, slightly fussy so found lunch and dinner tricky. Snack bar/pizzeria made up for this great variety during the day. Short walk to the beach, only negative is finding a sun lounger without having to wake up early. Rooms small but clean and comfortable. Definitely Would recommend."
Nura Santa Ponsa & Spa ★★★★
"Hotel was a good location with a 10 min walk to beach and promenade. close to large supermarket that opens till 9pm which is handy for grabbing snacks and water. Booked a superior double for single use, but was given a standard single. As I hadn't booked direct was unable to get agent to resend booking details. room was comfortable hotel seemed to be winding down for the season as not many people staying, nobody using the pool or terrace areas and minimal staff on hand, I had to wait 15 mins after arriving for someone to show up on reception good value "

Flipflop Surfing Playa
Jutlandia Family Resort
"The service was fantastic, they're super good with the kids, and they've earned their place in heaven. The bar has a small kitchen, which was the only thing that wasn't very organized regarding food allergies. They should fix that to avoid any unpleasant surprises. Otherwise, it's very central and close to everything."
Apartamentos Vista Club
"The apartment is ok but the kitchen stove is not working we cant cook and lots of ants.."
Zafiro Rey Don Jaime
"From arriving until leaving this place was fantastic, staff, food, drinks, location all were fantastic, the only downside to the holiday was that we only spent 1 week there ,will we be returning from the 16 of us that went absolutely"
Plazamar Family Resort
"We had a wonderful stay here from 16th - 23rd August. Due to delays with our flight we arrived at 11.45pm. Reception staff were excellent, however check in is very long winded needing to fill in a form for each guest with the exact same details when you have an extremely overtired crying child is frustrating. The process could be streamlined to one form. The hotel had received our email request regarding room location and a special Request for water in the room to be able to make up our child's medication. They left us 4 bottles of water which was very appreciated. Whilst we weren't able to give us a room on the floor we requested, we did have a room that despite being close to the bar and pool was lovely and quiet and located close to the lift. The room was lovely and spacious - a premium studio. We never felt like we needed more space. The fixtures are a little dated, but well maintained and clean. The shower in particular was very good. The beds were comfortable too. The air con was good and definitely needed with an outside temp of 39C! The cleaning staff attended every other day to clean and change your towels. Whilst we were there, the lift broke, which did make things difficult, however the hotel got it fixed within a few hours. The food was good quality and quite varied. My husband ate like a king for the week! He said it's the best all inclusive food he's ever had. The labelling of the food could definitely have been better in terms of allergens. I found myself asking the staff a lot about whether food contained dairy. The staff were very helpful and if they didn't know, they found someone who did. My daughter ate very well and enjoyed the food. As someone with a dairy intolerance I found food choices limited, especially as I'm a vegetarian. Mostly plain, pasta, rice, salad, vegetables and fruit. However the food I could eat was tasty and I enjoyed it. I do feel that there should be dairy Free dessert options other than fruit, particularly for children with dairy allergies. The pool was great, even when it was busy it didn't feel crowded, except for when water polo was being played. The shallow pool for the little ones was lovely and warm, the middle part was where we spent most of our time, there was always space, even with inflatables in there. The deep end was a lot quieter. The artificial grass is a good idea, it does get very hot in places, but with beach shoes or flip flops you don't notice. It can be cooled down by pouring water on it. There was never any problems getting sunbeds, even at lunch time or in the afternoon. We always managed to get a parasol too. The bar does get busy and sometimes there's a bit of a queue but staff work hard and quickly. Blandine in particular was fantastic and made the best mojitos. She was always friendly and helpful, as were all of the staff. Activity wise, Saùl and María were amazing. Our daughter has multiple disabilities aswell as autism. María noticed our daughter's hearing band straig"
Globales Pionero
"The hotel is nice. I stayed there by myself, including breakfast, and it cost less than 600 RMB per night. Breakfast was ok, and they had churros which was nice. There are just no hot dishes suitable for Chinese people. The interior of the room is also very good. Be careful not to set the air conditioner to the hottest setting, otherwise it will blow out cool air. The slightly warmer position will blow out hot air. Cleaning service is provided every day. The swimming pool is also very good, two small pools and one large pool. I went in the water and it was a bit cold. There are white holiday groups all around. There are many restaurants next to the hotel with very reasonable prices, and there is a big supermarket just a few steps away. Overall highly recommended. It is also close to the bus station."
Pirates Village
"We went all together as a family I have a 5 ,8 and 11 year old. Now when it come to the pools and outside bit of the hotel I would 100% recommend , especially for kids it’s super safe and I’m assured they can just go round the pools without any troubles. The only thing not so good about it is it’s not that big which again is good for younger kids but not really for your older kids. The hotel bit is alright not given much privacy though in the bathroom and the shower and drainage is not verry good, which causes the shower to sometimes leak. Next the food, we bought all inclusive it is very convenient just to go get food than going out to get a meal or bringing your own but unfortunately the food isn’t great it’s always the same whether it’s breakfast, lunch or dinner and the taste isn’t very nice either. Finally the shows that come on in the night I would say that they’re one of the best bit’s the artists are talented and is very good to watch. Overall I would mainly say it’s okay and most definitely good if you have younger kids."
