Just got back from the best holiday here! The all inclusive was fantastic with lots of options on both food and drinks. The rooms were well presented. Cannot wait to return to this hotel.

We have just returned from a 7 night stay and have to say it was an excellent experience overall. I can only find a couple of small negatives to comment on which for us were the bathroom which was a shower in the bath. As my mother was with us and has mobility issues this was not suitable as no grab handle at the correct height and too high for her to get into unaided. Also, the queues to be served at the bars were very long, not enough staff so the waits were considerable. However, other than this the staff are excellent throughout, always helpful and the entertainment team are the best ever, so funny. I will never be able to hear YMCA again without thinking of them. The food at the restaurant and bistro was excellent and the themed nights a lovely variety. We did the a la carte and it was delicious. The pool area was lovely and loads of sun beds no need to rush to get one. A 5 minute walk to shops, bars and the beach I would recommend the hotel for anyone coming to Santa Ponsa and would return if the bathrooms were upgraded in the future.

A very clean and well looked after hotel that’s not far from the beach and shops. The staff were very friendly and efficient and nothing seemed too much bother for them. The food was to a very high standard that catered for every pallet. A lovely outside pool that was marred by people claiming sun beds on a morning and not using them , sometimes until the afternoon. A nice roof top pool as well as an inside pool and Spa. I was in room 147 and not really enough storage plus the safe was high on a top shelf, luckily I’m tall but short people would really struggle, there was an old safe that needed taking out and putting the new one in its place, house keeping was also excellent and certainly had no complaints at all.👍👍

We are still in residence at the hotel Ray Don Jamie. Staff are very nice and friendly rooms and hotel very clean. Sadly while there is a wide selection of food in the main restaurant the food is normally luke warm if your lucky and cold if your not. The price you pay for any holiday these days should include hot food.

Myself and 5 friends have just returned from a lovely relaxing holiday food was lovely with plenty of choice to suit all and rooms were cleaned everyday with lovely clean towels would recommend

Would definitely stay again when in Santa Ponsa, great location close to beach but quiet at night to get a good night sleep.

One of my favorite hotels, clean, well run, the staff are exceptional, noting is too much trouble they really care about the guests. The food is excellent and the dining area is spacious. Proper cocktails and drinks to a high standard. Two pools, a gym and free spa are a real treat, especially the roof top pool and bar with comfy day beds and views across the bay.Finally live entertainment every night completes the package. A thoroughly enjoyable experience from beginning to end 10/10
