Excellent “four star” hotel, Reception Staff helpful, professional and friendly, accommodation excellent. I do feel to pay an additional car parking charge of 15 euros in their underground garage area is frankly an unnecessary extra for hotel guests… parking in the surrounding streets is difficult. Food was just ordinary if a little overpriced, my Veal Entrecôte was mostly good but in parts tough and chewy, chips nothing outstanding, my advice would be to eat out at the many excellent restaurants in the adjoining street. Overall a good four star accommodation but restaurant is lacking due to average food and pricing just on the verge of being to high for what you get.

A fantastic hotel in a fantastic location. The foyer to the hotel is large and inviting, the rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean and all of the staff were very helpful and friendly. It is just a 1 minute walk to the beach/sea front and there are lots of restaurants & bars very close by. The walk from the bay to the city centre is amazing along the beautifully clean and scenic promenade. All in all a VERY enjoyable stay. I will be back!!

The hotel is on the beachfront in Santander. Surrounded by the coastline, shopping malls, and numerous restaurants. The hotel is huge and the rooms are amazing. The surrounding is quiet and beautiful, belonging to a high-end community. There are many free parking spaces at the door and are safe.
