"The room is very small, some rooms can't find wifi or even no signal. The phone has been no service. My room is no light on the patio. It doesn't look like living in a cave. It's not ventilated. It's boring. Some rooms look like patios. Spain's soundproofing is poor but this place. The noise is very bad next door, what do I listen to clearly?"

"Great experience at this centrally located hostel. The staff were very friendly and helpful during the checkin process. The hostel is centrally located in Santander, and has a nice atmosphere inside. There is plentiful space to hang out and work, with great kitchen facilities and also a vending machine and coffee machine for guest use. The hostel was very clean, and the bunks had privacy dividers which I personally find very valuable for a good nights sleep. Overall I would definitely recommend this location to family and friends!!"

"We arrived around 10am, but they were able to prepare our room right away, which was very helpful. They also arranged a round-trip taxi to Altamira Caves at our request. The caves were the reason we visited Santander, and we had been wondering how to get there, but thanks to their help, it was a wonderful experience. There are many fashionable clothing stores within walking distance of the hotel. If you have time, it's also nice to take a walk to the port. We had a wonderful day and fell in love with Santander."
