Hotel with a perfect location in the center to see Santander. Both the receptionists and the cleaners and the super nice waiter. The hotel is very good and the rooms are great. 100% recommended

Near train and bus station. Very clean, comfortable bed and quiet location. Good coffee and simple breakfast in hotel cafe bar. Small supermarket and grocery store very close by. Dined in the nearby Pena Candil seafood restaurant and it was excellent.

Perfect hotel stay for only 2* and very close to city centre/bus station/train station. Staff were nice. Great cozy coffee place right next to hotel to have nice breakfast. Only downside was no air conditioning in the room. Overall lovely place to stay and will definitely visit again. :)

Estuvimos alojados tres noches en este hotel, lo elegimos por recomendación de unos amigos que viven en Santander y fue un acierto. Está muy bien situado, cerca del centro andando y al lado de la estación de tren y autobuses, y una zona de aparcamientos gratis y más cerca otra zona azul. Hotel sencillo, ya que no hay que olvidar que es un hotel de 2 estrellas pero muy limpio todo, (nos hicieron la habitación todos los días), y con un personal muy agradable y atentos. La cama muy cómoda, lo único, la almohada baja para nuestro gusto pero pedimos otra en la recepción y sin problemas, nos atendieron muy amables y cuando volvimos al hotel ya teníamos la otra almohada. Tiene una cafetería para desayunar, aunque no es buffet , se desayuna y te atienden muy bien. Muchas gracias al personal de limpieza, y sin duda repetiríamos este hotel.

Después de viajar desde Gijón y caminando por Santander todo el día, terminé teniendo un desastre en el aeropuerto y perdí el vuelo en la puerta porque mala documentación de Covid. Un gran taxista me llevó a este lugar y me hizo un gran favor. Verdad no es el Ritz, pero la recepcionista era absolutamente de cinco estrellas. Una habitación es una habitación, una persona hace un lugar. Finalmente en casa ahora! Gracias de nuevo.

Very expensive for services well below average. Tiny and dilapidated room, very noisy, no air because window onto patio closed. Bathroom bordering on unsanitary, broken joints in the shower and systematic flooding. Don't waste your money in this place!!
