The facilities themselves are of the highest quality among the Spanish hotels I stayed in. However, it is quite far from the city center and there are no restaurants nearby. The view is really good because it is right in front of the sea, but the wind blows so hard that the windows shake. The sound insulation is really bad, and in the morning I can hear the check-out from the next room. Why are Spanish hotels so bad at soundproofing?

Hotel located in an excellent location, close to the city center where the shops, restaurants and night life are and facing the sea. The beaches can also be easily reached by bus (bus stop in front of the hotel). The room is very nice, clean, with everything you need. The only flaw is the single room is really small, the bathroom is large and with a nice shower but the bidet is missing (present in the double room).

Hotel pequeño de 7 habitaciones por planta en la hermosa zona de Puerto chico. Me dieron una habitación interna sin vistas ni luz natural. Era espaciosa pero no lo que esperába. El personal muy amable. Pocos espacios comunes para disfrutar. Un bar en la terraza sería genial.

Ha sido nuestra primera estancia en Vincci Puertochico y se ha convertido en nuestro hotel de referencia siempre que podamos volver a Santander. Las instalaciones, habitación y situación del hotel son estupendas, la verdad, pero además hay que destacar su personal. Desde que llamas para reservar, entras y hasta que sales del hotel, la profesionalidad y el trato de todo su personal, todo, es de 10. Queremos destacar al personal de recepción en su conjunto, exquisito!!. Deseando poder volver a Santander!!.

Hotel muy bien situado, habitación bastante cómoda, tenía algunos desperfectos en alguna puerta y la televisión no funcionaba, pero la cama y la almohada muy cómodas, lo que menos me gustó fue que muy temprano las limpiadoras están dando golpes al hacer la limpieza
