Everything was great, 24 hour reception...the only thing was that we arrived at night and it was very hot in the room...we slept with the window open. Comfortable beds, you can hear the neighbors a little and the dripping of a kitchen faucet and the refrigerator but everything clean and good.

Never come to this place if you appreciate your quality of rest and the cleanliness of the apar**ent you choose to travel, very dissatisfied with the trea**ent, unprofessional and unpleasant receptionist, building from when Franco was a cornet, small rooms that do not correspond to the photos.

We only use the studio for sleeping but if you rent it for cooking, you should install an extractor fan. The walls do not have soundproofing and one morning a couple woke us up at 4:00 in the morning getting intimate and it seemed like they were in our bed, the situation was very unpleasant due to the lack of soundproofing. Thank God there weren't many people in the month of November because if it had been full, I wouldn't have been able to sleep because of the noise. Thank the cleaning girl for saving my ring that I dropped in the room, thank you very much!!!!! My score would be 7 out of 10.

The place is central and the receptionist is friendly, but the rooms are disgusting. It's not worth saving the money, you end up leaving and losing it like what happened to me. Nothing to do with the photos: even worse! It's a nightmare. Noisy, no air conditioning and disgusting details. The bathroom with reddish sand and an unrepaired curtain from the 60s. In addition to hair on the faucet (I show photos), hair and lint on the floor (I show photos) and the worst: some “strange” stains on the sheets. No wonder they tell you that they don't clean every day - it's disgusting. Noisy, with the toilet cistern dripping and a heat of death with how good it is on the street! I give it a point because I can't give a -1! Horrible experience! And without parking of course. Not adapted to people with reduced mobility.

The apar**ent, apart from being tiny, is super dirty. We stayed 3 nights, in that period of time we found dirty towels that had not been used yet (they were not changed), spoons and an apar**ent in which there was no air conditioning or ventilation. It should be noted that we were there in August, so you had to open the windows and you would find all kinds of friends. That is why I do not and will never recommend this establishment, in fact, if anyone asks, I will tell them what they can find. If you plan to see Santander and there are no other establishments than this one, please watch it from the television.

Well located although you may not imagine that it is pure downtown Santander. For 3 nights I paid €148.30; Honestly, I would not return because I did not feel that they were cared for and maintained apar**ents in the medium-long term; I also do not agree with the extremely negative opinions that I have been reading on different portals and I am not very positive with the intention of returning. Basically... it was OK because being a large group of friends it was the most profitable and comfortable (we couldn't find apar**ents and we went during the big week in Santander). You'll get an idea from the photos 💡 I'm sure.

Located some distance from the center of Santander, the rooms are all on the 4th, 5th and 6th floors of a non-modern building. Cold welcome. There is no key, to open the door of the room (and the guesthouse) you have to download a special app (hoping it works), a modernity that I honestly didn't feel the need for. The bathroom is tiny and dated. In the double bed there is only one long pillow for both of us, very uncomfortable. Not recommended, high price for what it offers.

Bathroom with a stinky smell and untouchable shower curtains....Location on a construction street with scaffolding, impossible to park (or you'll face a fine), but very central. Very friendly at reception. Cook without a microwave.

Bearing in mind what we paid per night, you don't leave with a very bad feeling, but... There are many aspects to improve. The room looks old and poorly maintained. Dirty walls, old and neglected furniture. The bathroom is very small, and the shower curtain looks old, the shower is very narrow... you rub against the curtain. The mattress and pillow were quite uncomfortable. It was very hot in the room. On the other hand, the receptionists were very friendly, although we asked for one more pillow (they were very thin and uncomfortable) and we had to wait the next day for it. It is not worth saving that money for the experience and lack of comfort. The site is central.
